Correct & correct (210 BTC, equivalent value in NOBL burnt however). Burn ratio is also the conversion ratio if that makes sense.

I apologise if there has been any confusion with the Poloniex wall, I've been balancing the NXT AE, private communications and Polo wall for demand this last week. Was expecting the rush day 3-0 not 5-0 with final information and blitz, hence the full wall was not up. Will sort everything out the coming 24 hours for our final leg.
