Same experience here, the rep I talked to said guarantee 48 hrs into your account for an EFT. I did a small one approximately $5000 CAD and it has been 12 days now and not a cent has shown up. I try and contact them and no one responds to me. Beginning to think my coins are lost forever.
Sad thing is they say they are the number 1 in Canada...if that's the case I would hate to see the last place company.

We have received no support tickets from any clients with such a complaint, and I am aware of no missing EFT transfers. Please provide your customer ID number either here or via PM? I am sending you a PM with my direct e-mail as well. Your funds are not lost.
Update: There was no issue. Complaint has been rescinded by client.
