Here the same thing, after a lot of emails I finally received access to my cloudhashing account. It is the worse thing ever, the interface is not working properly and the cost of the mining fee is already driving me in negative numbers at this time.

So keep away from their cloud hosting!

I've been complaining from day 1 about the cloud per email by sending ~ 5 emails per day without 1 being responded.
