Its up and running fine now. I joined GM as a small investor just to test their service. Paid on 18th of december a 10 th/s contract via wire transfer and I still have nothing credited in hashpower. But I have full confidence in GM reading through various threads on the forum.

yes several tickets. They say its normal and within the 3 to 5 business days period a wire transfer has. I had no idea it could take so long for a wire transfer. Fascinating...
Please send me your ticket number and I will check it with team.
Bank wires can take a long time and we have seen all kind of weird things going on, in particular if intermediary banks were involved.
