It is on blockchain.info. I stored it with a folder containing multiple documents in drive D. And after installing win it was lost.

Next time, before installing windows, please backup important data.
Which drive did you install windows? C or D? If you installed win on C, your data is still safe. Check disk management, activate drive D.
If you format and install win on D, it depends on which
file system you use, FAT or NTFS . If you format with FAT file system, most probably you have lost your key forever.
If you use NTFS, you can still try to recover your files (no guarantee)
