I have an active Coinurl account - however, it's taking me forever to reach their minimum payment threshold - Its been a year now - and I think that I am roughly 2% of the way to the minum payment threshold. In the meantime my Google Adsense account has earned me around $80 from the same site - both sets of advertising are on the same page.

It doens't appear to generate anywhere near the revenue - but hey - every little counts
