Am I the only person who has noticed that the OP is requesting increasingly large loans as soon as the previous loan has been repaid, while using the exact same collateral each time? This appears to be some kind of reputation building scam.

This. Noticing this as well. If you look at this user's past history he also has a frequency to gamble high amounts (his case against fairproof) and sent out bugged links or something which many people thought was an attempt to scam. From what I have seen, senior accounts do not sell for .65
I would be leary to lend this user especially more than 0.40 (the max the account is worth).
