Best case scenario would be that the plane made an emergency landing in the ocean and is floating with electrical systems not working therefore no contact. I hope this is the case. 
Yea, hope this is the case as well but it's hard to be so optimistic, this never happened
It's impossible, they would have been able to contact the ground.
