Due to the many other lower risk, larger amount, lower overhead loans we are making in the mining sector I have decided not to do this personal loan.  

Also, it seems that you should be flush soon.  You should be able to have the BTC from MrTeal in the next few days assuming you get the shipping snafu straightened out.  And you will also be getting the BTC from escrow as soon as AzN1337c0d3 gets the stuff you have shipped him.
