They haven't found the last 7 changes suspicious they won't find this one suspicious. Every change they've made has been an attempt to stop people from cashing out and stay in longer.
They actually believe that capital flight controls is a good thing as well which is astonishing because we have a very recent historical example of that behavior in Venezuela which now has 63.4% inflation because of this behavior.
