As far as I understand; no demand and low price results in small blocks and vice versa.
How the hell coin can know that demand is low and price is low?

No idea what owner of these 2 buy/sell walls trying to achieve. Selling at this price is something I can't understand, it does not worth a time for setting up order. Everything up to 25 cents is bargain.Some people just want the price to be low, when you see sell walls moving just to control the price.
