has a new dev taken over cinnicoin account? instead of making a new coin why not just fix the original coin? if the original coin is beyond the dev abilities to fix then hw long before this falls into similar situation? Fix Cinni wallet, thats all that needs to be done, its all that ever needed to be done. 
I have the same line of thought. It would be better to fix the Cinni before thinking about launching a new coin.
