I had the same problem but for me instead of adding a credit card i brought a contract using bitcoin and it done the trick (my account is now verified).
I thought it was established that cointellect was a scam?
It is. End of the story.
I'm running it with a gridseed since 21 october 2014 and everyday I got paid.
Also bought several contracts and everyday I got paid.
Not sure it is a real pool, maybe it's only financial strategy masked by a pool, by the way it's very profitable, it goes on its own without having to put an eye every hour, and the most important thing... it pays. Many times even more than promised from the contract!
So... why should it be a scam?
