I am fine with the dev owning a lot of the coin as it will be motivating for him to continue to develop.
Rich list also looks pretty normal to me with the top 10 owning 50%, it is similar with a lot of other coins.

Currently a lot of action for this coin on Bittrex, 10K is in sight
