OK. Updated OP for loan states and I'm updating the OP to apply some new strict rules. No newbies or below senior members and only with very high trust score can apply for a loan for 110% collateral to cover up the loan.
Seems that there is always some assholes that spoils everything and yet again thanks to these Defaulted stated loan takers I have to change my loan terms. No more newbies or not trusted members. Sorry for that, but now ends the mister nice guy. I will be available for new loan applications from 12th of January as now I'm taking a little vacation.
