Don't worry about DEV. I think he is miner as well as trader. These are the two basic levels you must accomplish in order you can become a crypto-coin developer, right? :-) So I bet he bought low and sold high.

Well ya I am all in Spread that's where the rest of my buys are but I figured since I lucked out and did originally mine this coin with the intentions of holding it till POW phase ended so I might as well buy back the same amount of coins that I originally had and then put the extra BTC into Spreadcoin

This was the very first coin I started mining right when the mining started so I kind of wanted to hold onto the coin until POW ended and see what happens with the very first coin I officially mined
