ICO buy wall will be placed when c-cex releases the funds (3 more days). We talked with them and they offered to release the funds but we are sticking to the original plan. The funds will be released, the buy wall will be placed and we will follow the roadmap.
So if the coin is valued at say 350 satoshis in 3 days your going to put up a 24btc buy wall at 733 Satoshis.

We do. If this situation happens we will buy up to 733 and leave the wall there. The size of the buy wall wont be 24 btc since some coins will be bought at prices under 733.
