Re: HODL for only the brave !?
by

on 13/12/2018, 23:07:45 UTC
I do hope, but to put it bluntly.
My hope is starting to waver because of this market, I feel so bitter watching all of my investment goes down for more than 80~90% from its original price.
while at the same time I need to encash it for my need.
even though it's not all of them but still, this bear is killing it.
did you feel the same thing, my friend?
I don't think so. We tend to be brave to counteract our fear. Holding I think is more for the smart, wise, and probably, the faithful (I prefer this over being hopeful). We should not invest out of chances. We should have the knowledge and the mental strength to face and handle outcomes that may not be favourable.

Quitters never win. People quit because of fear. They have false expectations which seems to be real in their head which is why they usually turn back and run off leaving everything undone. This kind of mindset/attitude will get us nowhere but into the ditch. We should turn our mindset into the right path so that we may not be lost.

It certainly is! The blood stains and the scars are still prominent and it still hurts. But it seems like the market has made a minor recovery in the past hours which may be a good sign. The market is struggling but it is not dead as many would claim. Though we still need to prepare ourselves for the worst.

Not at the moment because everything is down. When there is a sign that things are starting to go up hill, then I can consider to diversify. There must be a trend first before we jump in. When things are pumping, start scooping up!

The drama has indeed become so intense that many of us could not think right and are in the verge of panic. But it is enlightening to know that there are still some who are optimistic about the whole scene. It would be very beneficial for the whole market if the majority, if not all of us would think this way. It is not the end!

It should be! It was after Thanksgiving of 2017 when the market started to peak. We are now in that period for 2018 but the market is still bearish. But we still have over a month before year end and anything can still happen. Let's just pray it's something good...

I will definitely not sell if I purchased during the ATH! I just don't see the logic in that. But if I purchased prior to or way before the ATH, then I may be inclined into selling for obvious reasons. As for now with the current market situation, I see it best to be a spectator for the meantime.

I'm still here. So I guess I do. It wasn't and it's still not an easy journey, but somehow I've got a strong feeling that this whole crypto scene will generally result to something good. So I am keeping my grip tight and have no plans of letting go any time soon.

Re: The market is back green, are these signs of a bull run?
by
$$$sparkles$$$
on 23/11/2018, 05:24:15 UTC
forget about bitcoin which fell to the value of $ 4,570.01 some time ago and etherum fell to a value of $ 136.14. see the current market, how the market is again marked green, although the increase is not significant. Will a bull run happen soon? not necessarily. but at least this is a sign for us to always believe in crypto that prices will not always be red, there must be a chance for green again.
It's a seesaw between green and red! The market has been down for quite a while now and the slight recovery is a sign that things are starting to get brighter. This is the period wherein the market becomes strong and prices usually rise. Keep on grabbing on tight because its gonna be a bumpy ride!

Re: Panic selling! Yes or No?
by

Anything done out of panic usually does not turn out well. We need to teach ourselves to be calm and composed during difficult times. There is no sense in making abrupt decisions without thinking them out first and just rely on luck. Sell at your most confident time without being dictated by FUD's.

This is why you shouldn't be worried and should understand how bitcoin works

ps. sorry I don't know how to load an image  Grin
FUD is what bothers most of us. An increase will make us so excited while a crash or dip will make many of us panic! Some are seated back and relaxed while many are walking back and fort with their hands shaking because of media intervention which usually makes the whole scenario worst! So if we allow ourselves to be consumed by these negativities, things will not get any better. We should compose ourselves and have some faith. Because all bad things always come to an end.

Not yet at the moment because Cryptocurrency is still in its early stage and only a small portion of the world's population even know it exist. But there will be a time that a cashless economy will emerge and the means of payment will be via digital/crypto currency.

Re: How safe is it to put everything in one cryptocurrency?
by
$$$sparkles$$$
on 20/11/2018, 23:58:40 UTC
The question shouldn't be how safe, but how risky? Risky because even if we have great faith and belief in one currency, it is still unwise to place everything in a single investment. And if this investment fails, there will be no support. Meaning we will have nothing else to draw something out for us to start over. So it is always smarter and wise to expand our investments so if ever one fails, we still have those others to back us up!

Re: Best bounty platforms

Bountyhive so far is the best platform for me at the moment. There were some issues in the past but they were addressed immediately. And so the platform have greatly improved through time. I commend the team for being so patient with the members because it is not easy to handle or manage such platform. There are others out there but Bountyhive is the one for me right now.

Re: Its Bitcoin a good way to save money for our kids?
by
$$$sparkles$$$
on 19/11/2018, 22:48:20 UTC

A friend of mine started to save money in BTC for his son.
Now he is in worry about the idea because of this last dropping months.

I told him to re-load some BTC up to lower the average.
If you have any suggestions about this please share

Its BTC a good way to save money for our kids?
Will this pay them a car? the university? a house? nothing at all?

If saving is your purpose then Bitcoin is definitely a good option because it will surely appreciate in price/value in the coming years. Those who are short term investors are the ones who are worried. Short term investors are those who usually panic when the market is in a downtrend. But on a long term, I believe there is nothing to worry about.

Re: Freemason and Illuminati behind this situation, Really?

This is not far fetched really. The Illuminati is in control of almost everything on the planet. From governments to banks and private organizations, the Illuminati is on top of them. I wouldn't be surprised if they get control of the crypto system. Let's just pray and hope they don't.

A hard fork of bitcoin cash is killing the market !
Share your opinion about this man. You think he was mean ?
How do you feel about such people ?
Quote words
Dr Craig S Wright:
To all BTC miners...

If you switch to mine BCH, we may need to fund this with BTC, if we do, we sell for USD and, well... we think BTC market has no room... it tanks.

Think about it. We will sell A Lot!

Consider that....
And, have a nice day

(BTC to 1000 does not phase me)

Damn! But heck, I really don't give a damn what Craig Wright is saying. His words shouldn't be the basis of any currency's fate. Bitcoin is strong and it will remain strong for a long time! Things are still reasonably looking good. So nothing to worry about at the moment...

Re: Received your bounty rewards?
by
$$$sparkles$$$
on 16/11/2018, 23:31:01 UTC
How often are you scammed for bounty rewards? It's no surprise some devs are scamming the bounty hunters to save costs. It's always upsetting to do a good work and finally this time is wasted if the devs don't send tokens. Scam means if you don't receive tokens at all according to the initial rules when you joined.

How often were you scammed in the past considered in percent of all campaigns? How many were paid? And do you have an idea to avoid it?
Yes I was scammed once but I just rubbed it off my shoulders and moved on. See, fraud, scam and the like, are all part of this system particularly in bounties. I would assume that most of us know from the start the possibility of being scammed. Now, why do hunters keep on joining bounties despite knowing this? Simple, because we know that though there is great risk of being scammed, there is also a good chance of earning big. Now for something that we only need to invest time in, I don't think it's too bad of a deal.

Very soon indeed! The market will not always remain in the slump. It will eventually shoot up one of these days. Maybe even sooner than we expect. We just need to extend our patience and let the market go thru the process of recovery.

Re: Bitcoin 2013 and 2018
by
$$$sparkles$$$
on 15/11/2018, 23:38:47 UTC
in 2013, the bitcoin condition that affected the value of bitcoin was very good, Germany legalized bitcoin and considered "private money", zipzap services increased the volume of bitcoin for 2014, 12000 restaurants in US received transactions using bitcoin, and ebay also received services for bitcoin transactions.

and that is a positive condition that can make bitcoin have a higher value, and in reality, bitcoin creates graphics better than in 2012.

and today, we see that many positive conditions, but do not affect bitcoin to create bullish, what happens with bitcoin?
It's a seesaw between good and bad news for Bitcoin wherein bad news today slightly rides the higher part. But of course, even if bad or fake news floods in, we all know what Bitcoin has to offer. It's a mind game. Those who has a weak and slow mind often times loses.
