@somaton You are correct! I switched to driver 431.60 and CPU usage returned to normal. Thank you!

@miniZ It appears the high CPU usage is on my rig with RTX 2060 cards. I happens with both the recent beta and the newest release.

On my rig with GTX 1080s it has normal CPU usage.

On a positive note, the latest beta has fixed the issue where GPU usage would stop randomly for short periods of time.

Thanks for your work!

Is anyone else seeing high CPU usage? I have 70% + being used on a quad core, for example. Mining BeamAlgoII

Can't post an image as I apparently still do not have enough cred  Cool

On the bright side, the latest version has been completely stable for me and I see maybe 1 rejected share every few days. Great work!

Hi miniZ,

Thank you so much for the continued efforts to improve mining Beam. W

What version of Nvidia drivers is your team testing on?

Also, do you have a SHA256 checksum for the latest testing version?

Thanks!

--f11 Optimization Clarification

Does this optimization work for the Beam algo? It seems to, but the FAQ say that it only works with 144.5 algo. Also, would there be any benefit to running this optimization along with an --oc optimization?

Could you please add Beam mining pool Sunpool to your FAQ list of pools?

Cuda 9.1 is out, any chance you will utilize for more performance Sir DSTM?

If I allow output from a certain port would that allow the statistics on my miner webpage to work? Or is more than that going on? Windows version.

The latency between my machine and the pool when submitting shares.

I guess I don't use either of those, I just look at the command prompt for reject to accept ratio usually.

Also, just tried on zenmine.pro... It is showing last accepted share and some hash, but the graphs are not working. Seems like they are not communicating with the miner.

This is with Windows miner of course.

Thanks!

zm.exe --server us.miningspeed.com --user zneRT7DDbLKq16dZwPdPYo5NkfEuFCBLt8n --pass x --port 3062

Hashing was fine, pool just wasn't accepting shares.

After I reset and changed pool to eu.miningspeed.com, I then got about 90% of shares rejected also. Seemed like 100% accepted on us.miningspeed.com, but they wouldn't show up on the pool website. The website is saying 0 shares.

Thanks!

Also, some output recommendations:

-Latency in ms

-Accepted shares/Rejected shares (and possibly %)

So it looks like this is not working for ZenCash? I've got better performance than EWBF, but it seems the pool is not accepting the shares. Any insight?

I apologize, as I am sure this has been asked before, but my coins are on Cryptopia and I have not received any coins. Was it only a Bittrex thing? I bought zcl when zen was first announced, it would really suck to have missed out.

Thanks for answering.

Yes, it was only a Bittrex thing or on your own wallet. It's been asked on the forum a million times. You could try to contact Cryptopia and ask them for your ZEN, but it's really their discretion if they never promised it.

Anyone able to patch Nheqminer so that it can be used for GPU mining ZEN? Its my favorite for Cuda mining...
