Zero fee is bad for developers , they should get money for their job. But some of them become to greedy so we have to reduce devfee.

We have no point in doing something bad , we clearly say what was changed in software and how it will profit miners and us. As we already said to other guy here , this topic was here for 1.5 years before greedy claymore deleted it and the topic had 18k views and zero complains. Many smart miners use our 0.5% devfee releases for almost 2 years now.

If what you say is true you can expect to be deleted again, it only takes one legitimate complaint.
Where are your date stamped previous versions? And about those smart miners, where are they?
Someone who downloads and unknown binary packaged as a miner posted by a newbie user
from mega is not someone I would call smart.

It is not the first version from RWTeam. I can assure you that it is not a virus.

Thanks man

But i am with you, the best solution would be no fee like this
https://github.com/d33z0r-reloaded/Claymore-Ethereum-Miner-v15.0-NoFee-DevFee-Removed

At first look this guy is using "reloaded" tag and we think that famous scene group would be able to disable devfee way more elegant than changing claymore's devfee addresses to user address. Usually when this kind of "no devfee" method used it means that author of "devfee-remover" can't properly disable devfee and most likely put his own address instead of user address , so that 0% devfee turns into full 1% but to author of "devfee-remover". We are not claiming anything right now and will check this later.

Where are your date stamped previous versions?

Bro we have 9 versions of claymore eth/neo/zcash miner in folder named "Old Versions" at our mega.nz download link:

https://mega.nz/#F!nrwxDYZK!gxHKJvukNUvEH9xh4V4gGg

You can see that first of them was added at 6/6/2018. Eth miner v15 was reuploaded 2/23/2020 only to update rwteam_readme!!!.txt
Originally it was added 5 months ago 10/04/2019 and you can see it by checking main file's date ( libcurl.dll) at virustotal detection link we've posted earlier.

Smart miners  are using our release right now , we can see it at our devfee address. They are smart because they pay only 0.5% fee. Why would they pay 1% to already rich claymore who doesn't even update his miner.  Also they are smart because they can check hashes of files in archive and see that only file that changed is libcurl.dll. All other files are 100% same as in claymore's archive. If they had some suspicions they've had more than 1.5 years to check it on safe mining rigs and become sure that our release do what we say - it reduce devfee to 0.5% and that's it.

As an additional bonus we "forced" claymore to sign his "stripes" driver because we released 0.5% version of his miner with signed driver so users don't need to enable test sign mode in windows and put their OSes to risk. After that lazy claymore quickly signed driver too and released new version with it. But why he didnt do it at first place? It takes like 5 minutes to get "free" cert and sign that damned driver. Why put his users at risk by forcing them to enable test sign mode in Windows and use his unsigned driver? Because he doesn't give a fuck about users of his miner and he only care about money.

If you were some kind of Robin Hood the dev fee would be zero instead of collecting it for yourself.
You're no better than the greedy devs you criticize, in fact worse.

Your pitch is also a common technique for embedding malware while pretending to be a do-gooder.

Mate , you've linked virustotal detection of ORIGINAL EthDcrMiner64.exe   Grin

If you've read our description , you should know that:

Code:
you can binary compare EthDcrMiner64.exe from our archive with EthDcrMiner64.exe from Claymore's archive, no difference for same cuda version

But you didn't read. Also you didn't read claymore's readme. And he explained it himself multiple times:

Code:
- Windows 10 Defender recognizes miner as a virus, some antiviruses do the same. Miner is not a virus, add it to Defender exceptions.
I write miners since 2014. Most of them are recognized as viruses by some paranoid antiviruses, perhaps because I pack my miners
to protect them from disassembling, perhaps because some people include them into their botnets, or perhaps these antiviruses are
not good, I don't know. For these years, a lot of people used my miners and nobody confirmed that my miner stole anything or did
something bad.

Okay , now let's see virustotal report of our file that do the job to reduce devfee:

https://www.virustotal.com/gui/file/c672fc5da4e2304f55f0c439fe559dd857cc278df7fa6ed73ee5380be396200b/detection

What you gonna say about that, Sherlock?

We understand that you must be new here , because this topic was here for like 1.5 year before greedy claymore deleted it. And the topic had like 18k views and zero complains about our release.

Also as a little bonus , in our 0.5% devfee Claymore ETH Miners we don't use Dwarfpool as a devfee pool.

Bookmark our mega.nz download link (you also have it in rwteam_readme!!!.txt in any 0.5% devfee archive):

https://mega.nz/#F!nrwxDYZK!gxHKJvukNUvEH9xh4V4gGg

to always have latest 0.5% devfee version of Claymore ETH Miners. This topic get deleted by greedy Claymore often so check mega.nz link for updates.

 Have fun!  Wink

by
[RWTeam]
on 23/03/2020, 11:29:55 UTC
We are RWTeam, and we are here to help miners to get more profits from their hard work. We gonna reduce devfee of some mining software, whose developers are too greedy and refuse to reduce devfee despite numerous requests from miners to do so.

At the moment these mining software was patched by us to reduce devfee:

  • Claymore ETH miners v11.7, v11.8, v11.9, v12, v14.6, v14.7 and v15.0 for Windows
  • Claymore Zcash miner v12.6 for Windows
  • Claymore Neoscrypt miner v1.2 for Windows.
  • PhoenixMiner ETH 4.1c, 4.2c, 4.5c, 4.6c and 4.9c for Windows - see our PhoenixMiner topic

See corresponding sections below for details and download links.

ETH - devfee reduced from 1%-1.5% to 0.5%

RWTeam presents ...

"Claymore's Dual Ethereum + Decred/Siacoin/Lbry/Pascal/Blake2s/Keccak AMD+NVIDIA GPU Miner 11.7 / 11.8 / 11.9 / 12.0 / 14.6 / 14.7 / 15.0 "

... half-fee edition

In this edition devfee is mined every 2 hours instead of every 1 hour in original version, so effective defvee % is 0.5% in any mining mode.

To clarify things up: this is the original Claymore's eth miner, you can binary compare EthDcrMiner64.exe from our archive with EthDcrMiner64.exe from Claymore's archive, no difference for same cuda version, but we patch it to reduce devfee. You can run 2 identical rigs with our release and non-patched version, point every rig to same pool but to different addresses. After 72 hours (you need a long time period to remove influence of miner's luck) you will see that rig with our release will bring you more eth than non-patched version. Also you can check log file, search for string:
Code:
Devfee: start
Write down timestamp of first devfee start, let's say it 01:00:00. Search for next instance of "Devfee: start" string, take a look at timestamp. With our release you will see that next devfee was mined at 03:00:00, or in 2 hours. Non-patched version will start next devfee at 02:00:00 or in 1 hour.

To be sure that our patch has been aplied successfully when you run the miner , check that miner's logo looks like that:

https://mega.nz/#!e6xhVSAZ!PNdn29AFlB00hJifAfxMbI6_vzrBD3nYUoS94WF3Fgw

If you see default logo, it means patch was not applied for whatever reason. Be sure you are using our original archive from our download links and you haven't moved/changed .dll files in it. If you still have problems contact us here.

There are 6 windows 0.5% devfee versions available now, 11.7 , 11.8 , 11.9, 12.0, 14.6, 14.7, 15.0

_______________________________________________________________________________ _____________________________

Why have we made this release? We believe that Claymore must reduce his devfee % because current devfee % already gave him enough money to build colony on Mars. We will show you 1 of his devfee wallets (there are 8 eth devfee wallets,  miner randomly chooses one of them during devfee).

https://ethermine.org/miners/0xe19fFB70E148A76d26698036A9fFD22057967D1b/dashboard

Just one devfee address receives 36 GH/s of your hash power and about 80 eth per month right now now (back in 2017/2018 it was 500-800 per month). Don't forget that this address is also ETC and EXP address at the same time.

Then multiply this amount by 8 (all of 8 devfee wallets evenly get same amount of coins because thousands of miners randomly mine devfee there).

Then multiply this by all devfee pools, like ethermine, nanopool, ethpool, miningpoolhub, etc..

So - average Joe miner hardly gets 1 ETH per month and Claymore gets at least several THOUSANDS ETH per month (and we don't count ETC and EXP). And they've told us about "honest coins distribution", about "decentralization".. "crypto is about freedom, equality".. Yeah, right.

What do we get from this release? We've changed 3 of 8 devfee wallets to our own ones. So with our release everybody are happy: miners will pay less devfee (only half!), we will have some chance to earn some little amount of coins too, and Claymore will still get enough money to buy his 3rd yacht  Wink

Zcash - devfee reduced from 2%-2.5% to 1%

RWTeam is here again to save miners from greedy developer.

It has come to our attention that "Claymore's ZCash AMD GPU Miner 12.6" has unbelievably high devfee - it's 2-2.5% !

There are at least 5 devfee wallets miner randomly mines devfee to. We have to save your sanity, so we just say that one of the wallets is nicehash btc wallet,
and it has already received more than 120 btc of devfee.

RWTeam presents ...

"Claymore's ZCash AMD GPU Miner 12.6"

... 1% devfee edition

In this edition devfee is mined every 2 hours instead of every 1 hour in original version,
and devfee time is always 72 seconds, no matter if you use SSL or not, so effective defvee % is only 1%

"allpools 1" is set internally to use several default SSL devfee pools.

If you see default logo, it means patch was not applied for whatever reason. Be sure you are using our original archive from our download links and you haven't moved/changed files in it. If you still have problems contact us here.

Neoscrypt - devfee reduced from 2% to 0.9%

Neoscrypt is one of the last ASIC-resistant algos and may be only hope of gpu miners. And greedy Claymore decided to make use of the situation:
his "Claymore's NeoScrypt AMD GPU Miner v1.2" has high devfee of 2% !

We've fixed this nonsense.

RWTeam presents ...

"Claymore's NeoScrypt AMD GPU Miner v1.2"

... 0.9% devfee edition

In this edition devfee is mined every 2 hours instead of every 1 hour in original version,
and devfee time is reduced to 65 seconds instead of 72 seconds, so effective defvee % is only 0.9%
