I was talking about Frozen in IRC for a while and every new person that listened about it told me about BlockErupter scam.
Biggest problem is google search.
When you search for "Frozen bitcoin" you get this thread : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=366762.0 = the scam thread
If there was a possibilty to remove that thread a lot of misunderstanding about Frozen would be solved...
I don't think its possible to remove that trhead or to link it to this thread... that would be a sollution.
The admins of bitcointalk.org can do it. Maybe if we ask nice they will help us. Alt least let use change the first post, to link to the new one

Good volume for FZ today, and a increase int the price. Join and do some buying and selling, we need more volume. If no one sell for less then 0.00015, we can try to go up from there

We need a better exchange with more volume
And we probably need more volume on coinedup.com, to make Frozen an attractive coin for the bigger exchanges. So if every one starts to trade some, by and sell. Maybe more people will join, and we will be an attractive coin for larger exchanges

Don't think so. He had to mine as all the others. Maybe he run away with a bounty on 10000 for coding, that the community did donate. He told us it was a Kines dev that framed him

Please have wallets (at least Windows) ready and at least one pool set up before launch (and not like 15 minutes before so everyone is scrambling and it becomes a train wreck).
I know no one likes premining but I would like to recommend mining a few blocks beforehand so that it is tested. Maybe set the reward for first X blocks be zero or really small values.
Really the biggest things to me though are transparency, not rushing to meet a deadline, and frequent edits to first post that explain the current state of the coin. See the ronpaulcoin as an example.

Way not make a tweak to the scrypt-jane algo for the first 10000 block's, so only wallet is able to mine. Then we will have a soft start, and no rush for pools. The coin will settle, without the trouble with pools from start. If not, the first pool to compile will win all the first coins. And every one not on that pool will scream unfair launch.
Look at Vertcoin https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=404364.0 They had "CPU wallet only" from the start, and I think its one of the smoothest launch I have been on. And the coin is going very well

You should start a forum, and all that wont's to join must must register there (Then you have a community from the start). It must be a forum where we can give ratings to the users. Then you have a post on bitcointalk, where all the users can verify their account. Then encourage all to check users, and give negative ratings to users who may be cheating. Users must have at least a given number of posts, and the must be serious post and not just a begging accounts. Then the community will, help you verify valid users

Not a bad plan.
Free lotto tickets, set jackpots for winners.
It isn't a terrible plan, but I can still see some degree of unfairness. Could end up being extremely labor intensive as well. BUT, it is a valid thought.
How many lottery tickets should each get, or would it be based on how many account you have created at bitcointalk?
