So today I am selling exactly what the title is stating. A 4-Digit Steam Account. I purchased this off the original owner a couple months back, and therefore Market is verified already, and well, yeah.
So what does 4-Digit mean? Well basically, the account was created in September 12, 2003, and was one of the first 1,000 or so accounts created on steam.

As you can see the steam id is 4-Digit's only, if you were to check a regular person on your friend's list, they'd probably be around the 9-Digit point.
