Yes you're on the wrong chain.  You can download the newest wallet app from here which is version 1.53:  https://github.com/bumbacoin/stronghands/releases ...  But you still need to get on the correct chain after doing so.  You can use my bootstrap link here:  https://mega.nz/#!UuhhGa5R!vvUEJI1gIHkZvBR64ALdlSkjaLXtQ5KhgWuzSnF6J64 and follow the instructions that's included in the download written in the "SHND Instructions text file"...  I would also advise you to join our discord for quicker responses to any questions or issues you may have.  Here's our discord link:  https://discord.gg/bE3mynf

There are local wallets available.  I personally use the freewallet(https://freewallet.io/) for all my day to day coin movement, and it works fine.

I really like this coin, but I do not like that it doesn't have a desktop wallet.  I seriously do not trust keeping my coins on any website whatsoever.  Better to be safe than sorry.  Well hopefully we can have one soon.  "This is a good coin tho."
