Eu estou muito confiante no desempenho da Cardano neste ano de 2021. Lá pelo meio do ano deve sair a plataforma de smart contracts e isso dará um boost na valorização da moeda. É um projeto muito sério, bem organizado e que conta com peer review científico rigoroso para evitar problemas no código. Acho que está muito barato atualmente comparando o potencial que a Cardano tem. Acredito também ser um bom investimento de longo prazo.

It is never late to start investing in bitcoin. However, take care and invest only quantities that you can afford to lose. If 10k USD is all you have, don't blindly invest it all in bitcoin, as it can lose a lot of value in short time. For long term investment I think it is less risky investing in bitcoin, but you need to be patient if bitcoin lose much of its value because it may as well take years to recover if it crashes hard after you buy it. I think the answer to your question depends on the objectives you have. If selling the bitcoins will give you the profit you need for accomplishing your objectives, it is the right time to do it. If not, I think you should wait more and don't panic about selling recklessly and missing opportunities for more profit. However, stay paying attention to the market and beware of not being taken by surprise by a sudden devaluation of bitcoin.
