Hello,

I write here too - pending deposit of 100+ BCH, for more then 20 days already, they not deposit it, not sending back, already sent then my ID and proof of address and selfie. Losing money with them, because of this hold.

Tickets:370280, 406929, 427979 and a lot of similiar - because they never reply with explanations. Waiting here then, let's do it in public.

Guys, tell me - they just froze money - but send it after few months? Or there is peoples who never received their money?

I asked those guys to terminate account as per TOS, it's should be a way I think, because they CAN'T take your money
My case is much more stupid, because I'm depositing crypto(!!!!). It's not about fiat withdraw, it's about pending deposit for more then 15 days

Maybe I found a place where someone from your team can reply me?
Please, take a look at tickets: 387973, 388989, 394957, 395314
It's all mine tickets, and all about one issue, where ±124BTH DEPOSIT(not withdraw, yes, DEPOSIT) not funded into account and still pending for 5+ days.
If you can't deposit it - okay, just send back to Bittrex, as I asked around 10 times already. That's all.

Hope here someone from management or marketing team read this message and write me back in ticket system, because all I received is:
