I reached to Alex a couple months ago on Telegram to use this debit card service. He quickly replied and provided me with a choice of 2 different banks and details on how to reload the cards. Once I made my choice and paid, he helped me setup the bank app and Samsung Pay on my phone. I could already reload and use the card through NFC for payments at that point. A week later I had the cards physically, shipped here in Brazil.

The whole process was smooth. Since then I have used the card to withdraw money from ATMs, pay at point of sales either with the card or Samsung Pay with a Galaxy Watch. No problem whatsoever.

Only thing that did not go as expected, the package was retained at Brazilian customs and I had to pay an import fee to release of about 100$. I don't blame Alex for this and it did not make much sense but I did not want to argue with customs or dhl to avoid unnecessary questions and delays.

The service is legit.
