yeah, if by won you mean stolen and if by fair you mean using violence and coercion
They now control the private key to those coins. Does anything else matter?
*I still would love to know how they obtained them.
AES-256 ASIC hardware i would imagine... or god forbid a 10 dollar wrench
...as leet as DPR was, he used some pretty shitty judgement along the way, i'd be willing to bet his passphrase was less than stellar -and by stellar i mean 20+ char (special/num/upper).
Scammer tag? Get real. Now that batch 3 rape is inescapable your bitching. Countless warnings were ignored.
I'm not even going to waste time to respond to you, going through your post count you have some type of personal vendetta against me (I'm not sure why). 1/3 of your posts are directed towards me in a negative manner.
Get lost kid, let the adults get back to business..

ROI on batch3 not looking so hot right now. considering some 'investors' purchased coin at 100+
It depends at how you look at it. I want an Avalon to mine BTC, and I would like to have my 75btc back + more BTC. If prices go down a lot, GPU miners will turn off their machines and ROI could be easier for an Avalon.
Obviously I don't give a f*** about the exchange rate.
fair enough, i can totally support that. however, for most new users who purchased an avalon (or 'shares' to one) are concerned with breaking even via USD, and then keeping profits in btc.

ACH vs Wire? ...both are equal in my limited understanding of bank transfers, any insight? both are serviced from same allocated funds ...on your end?
2013-04-05: It appears the namecoin exchange has suffered corruption on the drive holding the exchange data which caused the crash. I've now got a disk image of the exchange and will be working on recovering the transaction data this weekend. Once this is done I'll post a status here of what effect this will have on trades that occurred between the last backup and the crash. Once a state of the database is determined and balances of coins in the exchange wallet are recovered I'll bring up the site for withdrawals only and the exchange will cease operation.
2013-04-03: The machine hosting the bitparking namecoin exchange has gone down and I was not able to successfully bring it up remotely. I'm working on getting it operational again and hope to have more information about the state of it tomorrow. Email admin@bitparking.com for any queries.

...what you can't just mail me a wad of cash? 'da fuck man
just registered, briefly reviewing contents of this thread before i commit to sending btc... but seems super legit, awesome UI too. seem like fund availability is a bit of a problem though, is it atypical for you to process a 10k transaction via wire/bank transfer?
