刻意练习
首次提出刻意练习这个概念的是佛罗里达州立大学（Florida State University）心理学家 K. Anders Ericsson。这套练习方法的核心假设是，专家级水平是逐渐地练出来的，而有效进步的关键在于找到一系列的小任务让受训者按顺序完成。这些小任务必须是受训者正好不会做，但是又正好可以学习掌握的。完成这种练习要求受训者思想高度集中，这就与那些例行公事或者带娱乐色彩的练习完全不同。

刻意练习是我一直坚持的方法论，让我收获良多。人生就是一场修行，不断地用科学的方法提升自己，持续成长进化，才是正确的人生路径。
刻意练习中文版的书名叫《如何从新手到大师》。书中理论的论证和实践方法都很有借鉴意义，当时为了方便记忆，我自己将这种方法命名为：3F训练法。即：
Focus（专注）
Feedback（产生反馈）
Fix it （修正）
这三个F，是持续练习过程中的螺旋上升的过程，对任一技能（甚至思考）的训练，都符合这种模型。

前几年，机缘巧合之下，我接触到了声音艺术，经过一段时间的专业学习，我成为了辅导机构的教员。回头想想，我的学习过程，也是遵循了刻意练习的路径。和篮球类似，但比篮球更虚。但是，只要有法，系统学习和提高，你也能快速掌握。
对于一位初学者，

有没有压喉，挤捏？
口腔是否积极？
更深的层次有，节奏是否合适？情绪调动是否得当？是否有真情实感？这些往后说，越来越感觉是个玄学。而这些还真是可以通过训练得来的，多听，多说，多反馈纠正，你就会得到一双灵敏的耳朵。

后来，我找到了自己的方向，区块链翻译（至于为什么选择翻译方向，以后单独写文说）。开始时，啥也不懂，硬着头皮查词典，疏通句子，学习专业词汇。后面慢慢积累了一定的经验，度过了最艰难的时期。现在拿到一篇文章，基本上很快就可以上手。

2018年春节前夕,来自全国多地近50名受害人来相山公安分局报案称,其共同被淮北人张某以销售比特币矿机为名,诈骗金额共1亿余元,众报案人情绪激动。相山分局经侦大队接警后,一方面迅速安排警力对报案人进行安抚、询问,另一方面立即组织全队主要警力侦办该案件并第一时间将案件向局长汇报。在得知案情后,分局领导要求对该案件快查严查。
接案后,经侦大队侦查员一方面组织专门人员对涉案嫌疑人张某的银行账户交易明细进行查询,就地分析其收款、付款情况,另一方面安排侦查人员前往广州、深圳等地核实张某付款去向。2月13日(大年二十八),外调侦查人员仍紧张工作在广东,未顾及回家过年。
经过大量工作的研判分析,他们从广东带回重要线索:张某自2017年10月不断从全国各地收取比特币矿机货款(期货),但张某收款后并未将货款用于向客户购买期货矿机,而是到交货期时以高价从深圳购买现货矿机进行交付,虽然每笔业务张某要亏掉不少钱,但是博取了众客户的信任。
随着去年底比特币行情疯涨,张某不断收到全国各地客户的巨额货款,张某向客户延长交货期以时间换空间,使用后面客户的钱来补前面客户的货,直至2018年初,张某承诺向客户交付的比特币矿机远远超过市面上流通的数量,张某遂玩起了失踪。
过年期间,侦查人员毫不放松,对张某的个人行踪及外逃资金进行筛查,年后立即对张某的账户进行冻结。期间侦查人员多次去张某亲属家对其家属进行说服教育,功夫不负有心人,近日,犯罪嫌疑人张某迫于压力前往相山分局经侦大队投案自首。
