If you have any proof it's him, post it and he will receive negative trust. But if you have no proof, don't waste your time posting. And in both case : SFYL.
Sorry for your loss too. but you could have avoided this by using an escrow or checking up with me here or asking for a signed message.

Escrow can't stop someone from getting a chargeback 6 months from now. Use Localbitcoins or PaxfulI have 20k+ USD in transactions on PayPal, not a single chargeback.
