Re: Will usage of bitcoin reduce the value of native currencies?
by

on 29/12/2018, 21:42:00 UTC
The value of individual currencies is not determined by the use or non-use of cryptocurrency. Economic indices affect the value of a nation's currency. the use of atm cards or the use of cashless technology has not and does not affect the value of the currency. The use of bitcoin will open up the economy and financial sectors to alternative channels and means of doing business. Let's exploit it.

Re: Who's The Loser Here?

The real losers from the word go are those who quit. Quitters never win and they smirk of insincerity and lack of belief in what they once affirmed. It takes more than just saying hodl to be a winner, but to understand the dynamics of the markets and the ability to leverage on the conditions of the market to make something out of it.

Re: Is it real that one or two big whales can seriously affect the price of BTC?

The BTC price indeed may be largely and positively or negatively influenced or manipulated by certain humpback whales(Lol)! It is a regular and predominant thing by the pump and dump group to falsify and create a sense of appreciating price market (or vice versa). The force of the whales dumping their coins could negatively drop the prices further after artificially pumping them up! yes the whale could do something about  the price of btc.

Re: Let's go to Singapore! We can pay with Btc there.

Its revolutionary and reflects that the Singaporean leaders welcome and adopt change for the sustaining and continual progress of the financial sector. Of course they understand the volatile nature of the crypto world and therefore they'll take precautionary measures to ensure they don't loose investments and monetary values. It will be another destination for pleasure seekers and crypto enthusiasts.

I don't know how you could recover your bitcoins but I'm sure that you can take extra care to prevent what has happened from not repeating itself. I think that the way to remove any existing coins that you may not use immediately is to put it in a cold wallet. I am sure you do know what I mean. Better luck next time and all the best in the future endeavours.

Re: Bitcoin is the most nonsensical invention in human history

While you are entitled to your opinion, there is much sense in it to the investors promoters and programmers in the bitcoin business and crypto currency at large. I don't need to understand what happens when the bank I use tell me that I have just received an alert that my bank account has been credited. I don't see how the money moves but that's what actually happens. Believe what you choose to believe. Cheers fella!

Re: With a booming on 2017 and difficult time on 2018, will Bitcoin recover on 2019?
by

on 27/12/2018, 20:18:39 UTC
There will be many factors that will determine if the year 2019 will be good or evil as there are many factors that will determine the stability and hence profitability of the bitcoin and by extension other coins. Some of the factors include but are not limited to the decreasing number of miners, the instability of parallel markets like the oil markets and financial sectors and the general mindset and trend of the investors and interests in crypto. We are hopeful and watching!

The bearish run of the bitcoin starting from the beginning of 2018 heralded the newest trend of the bitcoin and the unpredictability of the bitcoin and crypto financial space at large. Many altcoins took a bashing as a corresponding fall of the bitcoin. Right now the tendency for the markets to heal is not anywhere near as the world markets including the oil markets is still struggling. Lets keep our fingers crossed and hope for a brighter future. However, let every investor have an alternative to financial freedom.

Re: The Banking Cartel and Why Bitcoin is the Answer
by

Ab initio, let's put all our cards on the table and be straight with each other; Bitcoin is far from replacing the banking sector and the best is that the cryptocurrency tech will only for the now run side by side with the banking cartel. There's just too much money in the banking industry to be pushed aside over night. with the dip and bearish run of the bitcoin, that's not going to happen any where  soon.

The bearish run of the bitcoin this year has shown again that the instability of the crypto market is very real. but this is not to give any concern (except, of course, those who invested a huge chunk of their finances into buying bitcoin when it was $20k). With a rallying of the world markets I believe that the crypto markets will equally rally and bring smiles to the investors.

Bitcoin is one of the finest investments and turn the financial market has known. There's so much to look forward to as the bitcoin is getting stronger and maturing. I am quite optimistic and that the game is just getting more interesting and the story more interesting. The game is just beginning to open new frontiers and possibilities.

Well if you consider the bitcoin for long term investment ten you might just be right as the markets keep fluctuating and so eventually you could get a breakthrough when the market ripens and their's a profit. The only  issue here is that you must have an alternative means of income if you don't want to be disappointed. Good luck.

Its unfortunate that many a times people do what they should not do in a bid to make quick money which may eventually not be well with such fellows when they are eventually caught. It shows that eventually evil and wickedness does not pay. He may serve a jail term of maximum of 12 months or pay the fine which is less than a thousand dollars. It should serve as a warning to all those who do evil that it does not pay.

The activity of scammers again point to the fact that the profitability of the crypto currency is real. However, we need to secure our accounts and avoid clicking unknown and soliciting sites. i am quite aware that these nefarious activities are also amongst a belt of certain people who help to build the platform may find the vulnerabilities of certain programmes and exploit same to scam unsuspecting and naive users. Beware.

Re: Dozens of bomb threats by ‘Bitcoin scammers’ hit several US states

I guess the idea of bomb  threats also stems off from the bomb threats to at least three past US presidents. The idea of threatening people may be a scam or may also be a threat to be taken seriously. Either way a proper investigation may have to be launched and the perpetrators of this snide comments and threats are found and made to face the law. A good way to throw out the people who give crypto a bad name.

Re: How can I stop thinking about Cryptocurrency so much
by

Don't stop thinking about cryptocurrency, after all your life is tied to cryptocurrency. If cryptocurrency didn't come, you will not do something meaningful with your life. This also points to the fact that you are obsessed with making money and you feel that money and the things it can buy for you is life.
Ask Steve Jobs and Michael Jackson and Howard Hughes where all the money they made is now kept.
Dude, get a life!

Re: Is Bitcoin Going To Zero?
by

The Bitcoin has gotten to its lowest ebb and it shows that all the projections, assumptions of a bogus and infinitely financial pool for every comer is not exactly true. The hypothetical graphs and speculation by all crypto lovers certainly has a limit. The economics and dynamics of the crypto revolution is not a straight line graph and as such we must brace up even for grimmer situations until we can get a form and set of rules to check and balance the excesses and activity of 'fake' and 'trumped up' crypto activities.......

Mining profitable coins comes at a higher cost now compared to some years ago as more and more people enter the foray to get a piece of the pie. whether he was in it for himself or for clients he certainly made some profits for himself. However, we must not forget that the cost to mine a block or a coin is actually increasing and then to see the markets fall helplessly, the profits are all burnt and it may not be exactly profitable at the moment to mine until the market recovers.

Re: Bitcoin become an asset
by

Bitcoin is the most fascinating asset in recent times as its price even till last year far outclassed the price of leading metals like gold and platinum and yet is so light or better still intangible and does not require a special set up or for a particular class of the society. it is for the high and low, rich or poor and it is open for every one.
