is a signed message from at least 4 months ago available for the account? lots of paranoia from the cloudminr.io db leak. also, seeing the account is around a year old, whats the potential activity of the account?

Goto BIOS. Enable AHCI, IDE, and/or "Compatibility mode" - or whatever's closest to that in peripherals/storage/boot page. Save, exit, install Windows.

ETA: This isn't supposed to happen on Vista, only Win7. Advanced Format isn't defective at all, just a hardware improvement. There was a problem with Intel drivers Microsoft bundled.

I think more people use TOR on here then admit although likely most TOR users do not use it exclusively but rather only for things they want to keep very private from both the public and the site they are visiting. Looks stupid so much hassle to actually buy it from that ATM I'm not sure that all ATM's require all the information from you though.
it is really not that much of a hassle. The entire process only takes minutes when compared to days/weeks to complete the kyc process at most exchanges and not only that but deposits/withdrawals are instant. I like to drink coffee
