Let's start with ghostingura2's situation - there is an option on 1xBit to ask for account closure if you know you are gamling addicted, and it is mentioned on the site. 1xBit can't control someone's actions and prevent them from any damage, that is a common sense i suppose.

There are still debates about our reputation on this forum, but our security and issue resolution team is not much of a difference with most of the casinos on this forum. You may find our first posts - even they've had a tough welcome due to the first managment mistakes. And we received a few accusations from trusted forum users where it's clearly seen form our side that their accounts broke the rules. Forum reputation isn't always accurate.

It seems there is some more clarification needed, here it is:

1xbit.com domain — works fine, but in a few countries. Most users are redirected to the backup domains (over 15 different domains) which are still belong to 1xBit, and only an owner of the main domain can establish a redirect.
OP — doesn't belong to 1xBit team and tries to impersonate 1xBit. He didn't prove his rights on 1xbit domains, and won't be able to do so. In addition, here are a few messages received from the person: http://prntscr.com/xRB6c6-ey_Ga // https://imgur.com/JhW9pJB

Actions of this person could be considered at least as a phishing, and anyone sending his details to this person is risking to get his details used in a way he wants.

These users receive payments from 1xBit only in 2 scenarios:
- if they are a part of our signature campaigns
- if they win on site or in our contests

There are no extra payments. 


At a closer look, there are ain't much difference between 1xBit and other betting sites.
There are similar Terms and Conditions, providers, and limits. But there are 2 key points that interfere us from receiving green tags instead of red ones:
1. For some things like bonuses and offers, we do not hide rules and pitfalls in deep of Terms and Conditions, they are usually on the same page.
2. Even in 2022, our goal is still anonymity for our users. There were no cases of player's information disclosure, and to achieve that there is a rule to not show anything internal, even if that can prove us right.

But we don't think it's a big need since there are a lot of side proofs (old players, many years on market, positive feedback, a lot of ads over the web, etc.).
Unfair business wouldn't make that long and that big.

You can take a look at our contest thread - a part of long-time participants has accounts that start with number 2 or even 1. Account generated at the moment has number 4 at the beginning, and between those accounts millions of new users. You can check it yourself by creating one.
Foreseeing your question, yes, not all of them are active accounts, but still it requires a lot of time and people to generate so many IDs.

Those accounts are with us for years and still playing.

At this point, we don't think someone would want to leave a positive tag on 1xBit without a strong motivation.
