Can any one help us with understanding how can we get the MEV in the Ethereum staking ? As staking on a pool like Binance or other, we generally get a low reward rate <5%. With the MEV we can get more like 10%.

Everyone know that extracting the maximum value is done by sorting the transactions priority's. But how can we do it ? Do we need to run a validator ? Or can we join any pool to get more reward ?

I have 2* 3090 running on riser, when i want to add the 3d one i have à Black screen when powering and no signal is détected on the screen. I need do a cmos and run 2 only cards.
I use à AMD athlon 3000g as processor ( very low watt consumption)
