...really sucks to see somebody else still posting with my account after taking time off once I made it known the new user was using my hacked account still!

    I believe that if theymos were in the same situation that he would at least ask for the person in charge to at least look at his proof. It is apparent that his time is valuable, just like everybody's, and that is why he posted a specific request for information for account recovery. For many, his requirements may be difficult; however, I have many postings in the sales area. My BTC address is clearly displayed in older unedited threads and even pictures from messages that were posted. A BTC signature was new to me, but it was not difficult to generate a message and copy the code. Add pics that showed me logged into here and my email with a message from years ago from bitcointalk.org, signed into my BTC wallet, and the process of me doing it with today's timestamp showing. It is also obvious that you can tell when the account was fully taken over by the date when posts started coming in different areas of the site that I never visited, along with the language.

   While I am optimistic, you may be right. From my point of view, it is obvious and proven that I own the account and it was hacked.
