I withdrew from PayPal to my verified e-coin card and withdrawal was completed on the 15th and 16th of April.
I have been waiting ever since for it to reflect on my ecoin card but nothing yet.
I contacted e-coin support but got auto response with an article concerning PayPal. I contacted PayPal like the article suggested and they confirmed that the money have deposited to my the bank.
Where is my money ecoin?

Some time these withdrawals take too much time because few weeks ago I have same issue and this take nearly 10 to 14 days hope this will solve for you in next 4 or 5 working days because they are not counting these holidays in this issue I have been waiting ever since for it to reflect on my ecoin card but nothing yet.

I got money from paypal. When i try to buy Bitcoin i get this message:
Your account appears to be blocked by the bank, hence the card load transaction cannot be completed. We are checking with the bank and trying to unblock your account - will keep you posted

mate, before accusing anyone, please, try to make sure you have all the information and the grounds to do so.
PayPal card loads only work for verified accounts (recent security rule from the card issuer), if you had tried loading an unverified card, the bank (not e-coin!!) will block the amount until the account is verified.

@gosha you're sounding like unverified account was never permitted to receive PayPal load.
From your tutorial you listed the countries that accepts card withdrawal via PayPal, knowing fully well that some of us were not from those countries, but you some how encouraged us to create Paypal account in those countries in other to load card via PayPal.
Now all of a sudden, you guys are stating we must be verified before we can withdrawal our monies loaded via PayPal.
Where will the documents come from since i'm not from the Paypal country that accepts card withdrawal?
You guys pushed us into this and now making it seem like you warned us at some point that verification will be needed for PayPal load.
This is unfair and i think it is a plot for the start.
The least that can be done is to reverse the PayPal load back to the PayPal account it came from.
Or if possible accept our documents even if it doesn't match the information provided during creation of e-coin/paypal account.
Majority of those who use e-coin are those who want PayPal load via card withdrawal.
It was your selling point and you guys fully launched e-coin with so much emphasis on PayPal load via card with verified or unverified account.
Without your PayPal load, e-coin will struggle to compete with other Bitcoin wallets.
2 days ago I ordered a virtual card and $3 was deducted but im yet to get card details and it says pending when i login into the account.
I messaged support but yet to get response since 2 days.

I am trying to withdraw btc bought more than 72 hours ago (at ~7PM on may 10th), but I can't move them out. Is the server time different from the local time ? I haven't got the chance to check if date and time is local on the platform.

This isnt good at all. We all know bitcoin is very volatile.
What if the price of bitcoin drops drasticlly after 3 days of purchase.

Seems like that they are just trying to force us to use their debit card. This kind of actions are very despicable.
let's be a bit more constructive here ) Correct me if I'm wrong, but here are the basic options:
- if you bought them thinking the price is going to fall (which seems to be the concern in your message), why did you buy them?
- regardless of the previous question, you think the price is going to fall - there is an option to load your card, and you fix the current price, right?
- if you think it is going to increase, then there is no issue with 3 days
What exactly is "despicable"? Where else ca you instantly buy BTC paying with a card/paypal/etc at the price you can buy them from E-Coin/Wirex? This is a very new service, still teething, still working around various issues, so, inevitably it takes time and adjustments to run at full speed.
It's all good and easy to blame and complain, but let's be real guys, a month ago there was no such option on the market AT ALL, and now it is "despicable"?
I understand e-coin.io is rendering a great service and i really appreciate your efforts.
But please kindly inform your customers about such development like you have always done.

Hello, i am unable to make transfer from my bitcoin wallet to another BTC address.
After i initiate the transfer, and clicked on the confirmation link in email, my BTC gets deducted but comes back few seconds later, and no BTC is transferred.
