1. how to exclude GPU 10 and 11 from the mining?
2. -cd and -cde description is a very confusing. -cd should have comma-separated list, but -cde should have a space-separated list???

There is no miner--screen anywhere.  I use Linux.  Is this a Windows question?  Windows/Mac OS doesn't even come with a proper SSH server/daemon.

Oh dear. At first, '--' is a punctuation mark, we call it an 'em dash'. At second, screen and tmux are commonly used Linux terminal multiplexers. https://linux.die.net/man/1/screen, for example.

Second that. And there's a nifty workaround: you could use '-t 75 75 75 75 75 75 75 75 75 75 75 75 75' for any rig. Gminer always uses the right amount.

4.7c leaking memory under Ubuntu Bionic. Huge leakage like 2Gb per day.

1.5q has a LOT of segmentation faults. 5 segfaults per 1 good start. Reverted back to 1.5p.
