Why dont you use an exchange to encash? With an exchange there is no limit on how much you can encash. Your trading volume is currenlty low but am sure it will increase as time goes by. Thank you... Unfortunately we are not big fans about photoshop... We shoot everything raw, we do amateur stuff and want it to remain like that... But for sure if you are looking for beautiful artistic images (which we also like), these are not the best pictures

I am very new to the forum. When we are a part of a community we should love it and try to make it good. Whatever problem occurs we should try to short it out, rather than get out of the community and creating a new one. So if the problem is here, lets solve it here.
If you are trying to create a complete new community, I think we will loose our strength. But if you are trying to create a updated version of this community here I just appreciate you and I will volunteer you.

I want to design and develop websites with other developers and gather experience. I think this will help me to learn more. And thus I can contribute to open community.
1. I will work for free for any noble cause.
3. I will not work for free if there is a business behind the work.
I work in Linux environment, windows environment is also good for me. I can work with HTML5, CSS3, little PHP and javasscript.
I can also do little Photoshop, Illustrator and Lightroom stuff.

I am also from Kolkata. I personally think that BD, PK and Sri Lanka and our other neighbor countries do not need child Board. As I can see that BT India section itself is not very large I think we can manage it from here. I assume that as large community we can make we can do better with bitcoin.
