A differentiating factor in the 401K Coin project, was the block rewards did not increase until 401K was listed on the exchange.  This was to help prevent dumping, and maintain a more stable price.  Also, the presale price is going to greatly influence the current price of the coin, and also the block reward differences is going to greatly effect the price, so it's really not practical to compare one price of one coin to another without comparing these factors as well.
