i think you need a good traffic and be in alexa 100k also you have to send a mail requesting a code http://coinad.com/?a=Contact but i don't have any idea if they respond or not 
In my query they DONT -- i can deal with it -- cause nowadays it is cool not to answer Support/Contact-eMails -- I am learning fast too ^^

Any reason of my website denied? 
Dont know if this helps - but whould share you my expierience - If I register on a new Advertising Network I remove the ADS I dont need/whould change (so that there are free ad space(s)) - OK the page looks than not complete for a while *loL* cause a banner is missing - but if the "auditor" visits your site and see - wow, there are only decent 3-4 ads and a nice space for my advertisers free .. that site can be accepted ..
Habe zwar Hardwaretechnisch was Mining angeht noch nicht soviel auf dem Kasten (befasse mich erst seit kurzem damit) - aber das Projekt gefaellt mir - waere spaetestens wenns dann laeuft interessiert ne GPU zu kaufen ...
