I personally would never use this kind of generators for a "real" wallet (wallet which I am really using). And I doubt this is legit. It's not explained properly how it works. What I see is: "create address and send bitcoins so we can take it from you." Sorry, if this is not the case.

But an interesting project. I wonder if you could then use interesting addresses to generate a private key. For example 3BitcoinAddresswhichbelongstome. Of course, it would need to follow all bitcoin address "rules".  Is this already possible with any program?
And anyway aren't addresses generated from the public key? Not directly from the private key. As it sounds in the OP post.

Dve leti sta naokoli.

Verjetno bo več govora o tej temi v naslednjem bull runu ja.

2. realna uporaba tehnologij (npr. volitve, preverjanje verodostojnosti)

3. spodbuda uporabe kriptovalut v gospodarstvu in npr. možnost plačevanja davkov v kriptovalutah

All quiet on the speculation front, chaps?

Yep. Price is moving sideways so this has some consequences:
- not a lot of general interest for crypto (fewer people on the forum)
- fewer signature campaigns (so no "shitposting")
- those who still follow forum don't know what to talk about, they just keep buying Smiley

Hello, I am the community manager for SportyCo. If anyone is interested in this project you can check my signature for more info. But that's not why I am writing here.

We've recently had a Telegram bounty and we've got a lot of responses. I am checking them manually (copy from spreadsheet, paste in telegram search box) and I was wondering if there is a way to scrap telegram users? If I would get a full list of users in our group in excel it would make my job a lot easier.
I don't know a lot about computer programming so only very simple solution is good enough for me. Smiley

Any help will be appreciated, thank you!

Still interested?
This will probably help https://python.gotrained.com/scraping-telegram-group-members-python-telethon/  The article is little bit complicated. I haven't tried it (including the video below) to know if it works or not.

Another interesting one...

Monero and Dash are decentralized cryptocurrencies. Why Monero is better then Dash?
I will not tell you why Monero is better, but I will say why Dash is worse. Dash has a premine of about 80%, a less fair distribution of coins than Monero. Monero is true, Dash is shit. Smiley

Yes, 80% of the pre-mine makes us many people don't have a very good opinion towards the Dash and whereas Monroe is completely decentralized and transparent, which we might see complete developments from the team that's why the value will tickle when the market is in an upward trend.
But guys, what's new with Monero? Fork and switch to a new algorithm in the coming months. Dash has a lot of technical solutions (which I don’t understand), if you go to our roadmap, you can see all of their developments.
Monero is more decentralized and anonymous. Dash is more technical.

Really?

Quote

==
DASH has more people (possibly even paid) who highlight every small achievement which is made. And they need to take this information to most people possible.
I just hope you're aware of that.

What does

Dash is more technical.
this even mean?

WTF? So this drop isn't exactly what I expected, could it be BAKKT was overly hyped for so long that nobody cares anymore?

If I can continue speculating: I wouldn't be surprised institutional investors are going to cause a price increase once Bitcoin is low enough.
I think it can be compared to the latest Litecoin halving. Definitely pumped by the news.

Quote
I think that halving "effect" (inflation decrease) is already priced in at the time of halving. Because it is something known, scheduled.
- Ivan On tech

Pretty same with BAKKT in my opinion. Except it didn't have the exact date set.

Hm, maybe you’re right, just few people are talking about this coin now... Everything that you wrote is good, but unfortunately it didn’t affect the price.

"Buy when there's blood in the streets, even if the blood is your own." -Baron Rothschild
That's hardcore words, not everybody can buy in such market as we are watching now.
I will note these words.

Not everybody is rich and making money with investing... In fact, most of the people are losing money when investing.
By the way, why they can't buy Monero right now? It's actually priced very low so they can buy more XMR with less $. And the general economic situation is pretty good too. So people should have some spare money to make investments.

A short clip from a talk by Andreas Antonopoulos about privacy. In the first part, he describes very well how voluntarily privacy isn't good at all. I recommend watching this short clip.
Bitcoin Q&A: Backwards privacy and the importance of earning (5:24)

In case anyone is wondering what is Backwards privacy, here is a good explanation: https://www.quora.com/What-is-exactly-backward-secrecy-property-in-cryptography-attribute-based-encryption

I suggest you use [XMR] Monero Speculation thread for post like this. There are more people interested in price of Monero.

Saw that. Thanks.

And thank you for extending the claiming period. I was sick these days and just couldn't do it. I finally managed to do it today. Smiley

I also have a question. I don't know much about Enjin... So are we migrating to Ethereum or Enjin blockchain now? Are these two different things?
Will RUSTBITS now be tradeable on exchanges like fork.delta?

I don't trust a thing I see on that exchange anymore, I think its all smoke and mirrors using stolen coins to destroy Moneros value. It's completely controlled by institutional bankers with Zero accountability.

NO-one Should have coins on that exchange.

Which exchanges would you recommend?
Good question, i would have said Binance but not anymore (if your in the us). If your not in the US then binance as far as centralized exchanges go.

We need a Decentralized exchange thats safe with low fees and i don't know of one.
From my personal experience:
for BTC-XMR pair
- I would still advise Poloniex, if you just make a trade and immediately send funds to your wallet you reduce the risk substantially (this is true for all exchanges), if manipulation happens it affects the price on all exchanges anyway
- Binance (if not prohibited in your country)
- you can also try tokens.net, it's an exchange founded by the same guy as Bitstamp
BTC-FIAT pair
- Kraken

About decentralized exchange, you can try Bisq (I have just dowloaded app long time ago, didn't make any trades there though), fees doesn't seem too high 0,1% - 0,3%, and I think there is also a FIAT pair available there. The problem might be UX and liquidity (few months ago weekly event Monero Monday increased it, since people were encouraged to trade XMR there, don't know if this is still going on). https://bisq.network/

Don't invest in it.

Use it.

You can both invest in it and use it. The one does not necessarily exclude the other. Besides, private wealth storage is a perfectly valid use case.
I was thinking just the same. Why can't store of value be one of its use cases? Especially Monero, which is an asset with very unique and interesting properties. https://www.monero.how/monero-infographic

I just looked on monero.how and saw that minimum fee is $0.0027.  It is funny how things change if you work hard to change them.  Monero become easy to set up and use. Monero fees become microscopic. Monero blockchain become small ( under 25 gb) and can be synced in few hours. Monero emission inflation is going under Bitcoins and soon after under Golds mining inflation.   I wonder how long it will take for most people in crypto and this forum to realize this.
Good for those who already realized that. Smiley https://www.investopedia.com/terms/v/valueinvesting.asp

Some say we are at 1. some say we are at 2. What do you think?
I would say we are already in disbelief phase.

Are you trolling with that nonsense?  Did Tone Vays or Tyler Jenks put you up to this in their likely realization that their previous assertions of inevitable $1k to $2k was WRONG?

It should be pretty obvious that we are no longer in any kind of area that even resembles area 1 as depicted in that chart... but who the fuck knows exactly where we are at?

Currently, to me it is feeling kind of like there continues to be a decent amount of ongoing pressures in the direction of UP.

My condolences to those dumbasses who sold in the $9ks with their anticipation to buy back at $8k-ish or below.  Kind of feel bad for them, but really I am NOT feeling too bad because you are dumb to be selling BTC on the way down during corrections that occur in a bull market, even if you believe that the odds are in your favor (which largely just means such odds are merely greater than 50% that might not play out in reality).
No, I am not. I was actually surprised too when I heard people speculating that we are still in that first phase. But I wanted to hear more opinions.

So if we would make 3 categories

1 bearish

2 sideways

3 bulish

Then prices ? to ? fall in which category  ??

I would say (medium-long term):
bearish: $0 - $7500
sideways: $7501 - $13000
bullish: $13001 - $100000
moonish: $100001 - $∞

I think we will now slowly start climbing until next exponential growth.
Just for fun I'll guess $19667 since current ATH is taken by WinslowIII. Tongue
