i wanted to transfer from Bitstamp to Bithumb 1.8 ethereum and eth never come to Bithumb: this is my link https://etherscan.io/address/0x932f426b0f5a4aada732e7921502a12cffeeeabe#internaltx

i can see that, this address stole my money : 0xC257274276a4E539741Ca11b590B9447B26A8051

how can i get my 1.8 eth back? On internal transaction we can see the transfer from bitstamp and Bithumb was done or? im the new guy here, i dont have any experiences, could you please help me somehow?

best regards
No you cant, just make a new wallet and keep it safe.

i was sending directly from Bitstamp to Bithumb, i didnt use mew, transaction was made directly from Bitstamp to Bithumb... so nobody cant stole my wallet key or something else....

have you tryed to contact bitstamp support, they can do some thing for you if they haven't delivered you eth in the address requested for the withdrawal.

i did but they didnt reply yet, 4 days now
