that is not confession for sure 100%. when a hero account is worth 0.01, then you lost 0.01 when got red tagged. I just stating the fact, there is no admission.

Then refute his claim. Give evidence that you're the only person who has owned that account. Sign old bitcoin addresses, dig up social media accounts, etc etc. Don't just complain and try to make a connection of fraud with a negative rep (albeit somewhat preemptive).

Also, if the system is like this, people like Lauda play the politics and give revenge rating like this, even the negative rating is void, there is no point to use these account.
