I am stuck on the same block, too.
I did not configure anything about masternodes.

Sorry, Delete peers.dat did not help

Now it is 14 hours behind, stayed same on blocks 123847

Please help!

Are you running masternodes from these wallets?

Hello, same symptoms,
delete peers.dat did not help.

Even deleted the whole blockchain and resynced until the same block only.
Unfortunately sent some coins to exchange, first fooled by the fact, that the exchange showed the amount pending.
But even there there are zero confirmations shown even after a long time.

Blockchain creation stuck?

Regards,
A-tm

My newly syn wallet is stayed at 6 hours(s) behind; 123847 blocks, for a long time.
Anyone getting this also?  Huh
Delete peers.dat file and sync again?  Wink

Yes, it is my home PC.
And what about dynamic public IP in the office?

Hi, I am an early adopter, did not leave SPR even in its cloudy days.
I have not dived too deeply into technical aspects, though.
Only general principles.

So far I have run only wallet on my windows PC.
Right now I have on my router opened and forwarded port 41678.
I am willing to support SPR by leaving wallet on, the whole time PC is on. Or even a deamon if it is available for windows. Pretty much the whole day except sleeptime, and now also solo-mining on GTX 970.
My time is CET.
I have fixed public IP here.
If it makes sense, let me know and I will disclose my IP in a PM.

And I consider running SpreadNode or ServiceNode on office box, which I leave still on.
Unfortunately, only the public IP, but it is dynamic (ADSL). But I will gladly run the node there, maybe with 99,5% availability.
Will be dyndns enough?
I will gladly participate.

Regards,
Andy

You are talking about your home pc?
I'd rather not hardcode or publish the IP of your home pc.

But thanks for offering your help.

Your wallet is already helping the network by being connected this long and with open port.

Great!

Here 54.77.37.133:41678

Thank you, I will add you to the list.

So we have 6 Fallback nodes now,
they will serve as last resort for wallets who have trouble connecting and synching.

Another 2 please... who is up to the job?

This coin is a joke.  The five or six main cheerleaders posting are a bunch of adolescent teenage boys.  Look at the past few pages.  It's a joke.  This coin offers nothing.  Not solo mining only, private optimized miners, majority of coins in the hands of a few pumpers that trade back and forth between themselves to make it look like there is volume.

In the world of idiots facts = fud

Bunch of morons pumping another shitcoin with shitnodes.  No plan for any actual use.  Just a plot to hold a bunch of coins in nodes that pay them.

It is ridiculous. Every reasonable man can see how much effort fudders put into bashing this coin.
If it is so poor, then POST YOUR OPININON ONCE, and move away.
You can rest assured, your precious opinion will be seen even in that case.

This is the way how normal human behaves. You have right to express your opininon, but no SPAM and abuse others' good will.

If you still stay here and continue, it is very clear that you do not say what you really think. Or you have so much waste time in your life, that you long to dedicate it to this "shitcoin"  Grin
You fudders are really poor.

Don't be too fast in your assumptions ;-)

The only thing this "evidence" is showing, is that there are more than 153k coins in one address. Nothing more, nothing less.

It seems nobody is willing to sell @25K sato at cex Grin

that is a sign that the coins are controlled by a small group. that spells trouble for new investors and community members.

think I'm staying away.

I am taking this post and your last one about launching "your own clone of coin", together into context.
And, sorry, I see there a little bit of effort to make people feel uncertain about the future of SPR, and thus lower price of the coin for you to buy Cheesy

Maybe I am not right, sorry then, but...
There should be very dedicated and talented man behind the coin to make it successful.
I don't think you'll recieve much support now. More focus on SPR means more value to SPR, and everybody knows it.

I do not understand, why just the reason people are not willing to sell at your price could be the sign that the coins are controlled by a small group.
Raise your price Cheesy

What the average hashrate of a 280x and 750ti? How many coins can a 280x and a 750ti get in a day on average? What's the best AMD miner and Nvidia miner to use? Thanks in advance to anyone that helps answer these questions, greatly appreciate it....

I have both,

R9 280X - just a bit under 2000 Kh/s
GTX 750Ti - 1400-1500 Kh/s
GTX 970 - 3500-3600 normal, overclocked a bit above 4000 (You can get 4150 if you allow temperatures above 69 °C)

EDIT: links to miners are in the first post of this thread.

Andy

What is "normal" (I mean currently achievable with tuning) hashrate for R9280X?

I see there are some miners with this card, but my setup performs just below 1 MH/s, way too slow in comparison with GTX 750Ti.
Any ideas? Do I really have absolutely badly tweaked miner, or the internals of the miner are not well optimised?

Andy

And what did you expect?
It is mining.

At your hashrate and current network difficulty it can last many hours, if unlucky even few days, until you get your first block.

The key is creating the spreadcoin.conf file.
It should reside in ...\Appdata\Roaming\Spreadcoin folder.

content of my file:
Code:
daemon=1
listen=1
server=1
rpcuser=your_username
rpcpassword=your_password
rpcallowip=127.0.0.1
rpcport=37333

then you need to start your miner with the correct credentials and settings:
spreadminer.bat content:
Code:
spreadminer -o http://127.0.0.1:37333 -u your_username -p your_password

Port number can be different of course, but it needs to be unused by another app in your system.

Andy

Any idea ?

I have just found a block on my R9280X with just-below 1MH/s rate :-D

Thank you for the driver info, works for me finally.

I have R9280X too,
and cannot find right settings, hashrate still under 1100 khash/s.
Could you post your settings?

Thank you in advance.

In fact, I also think, it would be better if SPR was CPU only coin. But it is absolutely not trivial to design algorithm, which will perform well on CPU and contrarily on GPU.
In the meantime, it is really necessary  to keap pace with "secret" GPU miners, to make powers equal and fair.

NO,NO,NO,Mr.Spread,I support you to foucus on AMD GPM miner development,this is the right direction.

And with the same priority also Nvidia miner with maxwell support.

Maxwell cards are incredibly good, and energy saving in comparison to older ATI architecture.

I do, and quite powerful. High-end Maxwell.

Author of GPU miner contacted me. It is a miner for Nvidia GPUs and he uses seven of them. I offered him reward for releasing the miner.
I think it would be better for AMD GPU miner to come first.
Me too. But only because I have one. Wink

Does anyone here actually have an nVidia GPU?

He doesn't want to release it for spreadcoins, only for bitcoins. Anyone wants to donate bitcoins for this miner?

And he says that he is now mining with lower hashrate which means that there is other private gpu miner.

I have only fraction of a bitcoin. How much does he want for the release? Maybe we can sell some SPR for BTC...
But with this trade volume and this exchange rate...
To gather even one BTC would be hard.

Any thoughts?

What do you think about current net hashrate?  Shocked
Somebody testing GPU miner?
or just the effect of the greater medialization?
