total coin and price for ICO ??

There are 1.000.000.000 HAC tokens in total. 51% of them will be distributed during our monthly sale sessions. Regarding the ICO price, one project requires up to $2.000.000 of investments in order to be ready for mass production. Every month there are around 7-10 new startups get to the expertise of “EnCata” - our partner engineering catalyst. Approximately 1 or 2 of them get Hackspace Capital financing and become a fully prepared product. Now there are 6 projects on our website that our fund have already invested in.  By the end of the year, we expect 30 projects as a total amount. Also the special working places are needed for startups to develop in comfort, they are called hackspaces. Creation of 1 hackspace requires up to $500.000 of investments, we plan to create at least 1 or 2 hackspaces in each part of the world. So, basically, the more funds we raise, the more hackspaces we will be able to create and the more products we will be able to present to the public. We hope that we have answered your question, thank you!

Thank you for the above, however, I am looking for a straight, simple answer.

From your website:

"Tokens do not have any fixed price, as their value will be determined ‘post’-factum’, upon completion of each Token Sale session and distribution of all the allocated HAC Tokens [to the particular Token Sale session] between the Token buyers, according to their purchases and bonuses."

This sounds like the total number of available HAC in a given session (e.g. 255M in session 1) would be divided by the total number of ETH / BTC received, then distributed to each investor (in that session) according to the number of ETH / BTC invested plus bonuses, no?

Why is that some of the links in the first page are not working?

As always, Etherdelta will liste RVT itself and HitBTC has IOU tokens for Rivetz now. This mean HitBTC will list Rivetz too.

Please explain:  What are IOU tokens?  I know what 'IOU' means, but how can a token be traded on an exchange when it hasn't been released?
