Asians mostly sit in their local branches on the forum, perhaps it makes sense to duplicate a topic there.
Asians are good investors and they like to join masternodes and ICO. These people have a lot of pools with huge amount of funds.
This is true, but very few of them visit the community in other languages.
If they see that the project is worthwhile, by analyzing the initial data of the project and the metrics, then the Chinese can, just like us, use a translator.
