Interesting thread, thanks to OP for starting it off.
I have been mining ETH with GPU for a little while now a week and a half basically and did pool mining at first for a little while but thought I would give Solomining a try.
Has not been too bad, only have one R9 280X with around 24MH/s hashrate and I found two blocks in 3 days which I thought was quite good going.
Will leave it running for a couple more days before going away as don't want it on when I can not keep an eye on it.
Mining ETH on a GPU does not stress it as much as what Scrypt did, that's for sure, from what i can see.
With Scrypt running at full hashrate, it was hard to do anything else on your PC but with ETH even when mining, you can still do other tasks without it affecting things.

have you tired the r9 390s and how much hash can you get out of them?!?

Jl777 is not working on Waves, he is not team member. Waves is going to implement his crosschain asset protocol when he finishes his work in near future.

Above it, noone, together with team members, was given any free Waves as of now.
So no free WAVES, what about discounts?
If anyone wants to invest, he is investing the same like everyone else, there is/was no presale or special terms for anyone.

could highly pay off .. i like the way the devs think ....they chose the baddest coin out there (Ethereum) and challenged it. just the challenge itself and shooting that high with such high caliber contender ETH is a win already IMO...good luck Lisk... im in im sold ...

You can import this in to QT wallet by using the console and the following command.

Click Console
Enter: importprivkey theprivatekeygoeshere "Label for the address"
Press [Enter] on the keyboard
Wait for it to rescan!

Litecoin will most likely end up being the best investment for 2014 and 2015 for long term profits (lower risk). However if you are a day trader, you can follow the new coins being released and see if there is an incentive to buy into them for a short period of time and sell for a profit.
litecoin will be dumped and mark my words ..it has nothing special its a meme of btc ..no innovation no features its a clone of btc and anyone in their right minds should sell if they have it !
