I wanted to ask similar question because title of the ICO making it for limited usage only. Now after seeing the reply I will ask if this was designed only for Japanese community then what was the purpose to start ICO for everyone to invest in that ? Was not good to keep the ICO for Japanese investors only ?

First ALIS will target only Japanese, but will target everyone in the future.
The important thing is that we dare to say we target Japanese first.
We can easily say we target global(most ICO say so), but we think it is difficult to grow up our service if we target everyone in the world.
We have to focus one market to grow up our service rapidly, and it will cause the maximum return to our investors as well.

First of all we will think about Japanese market.
Because of our resource is limited and we are all Japanese so we know about Japanese business rules well.
This is good strategy we think.
However of cource we thinking about overseas.
We are looking forword to go foreign countries in few years.

But the number of tokens is not limited: for valid tokens in ALIS wallet, inflation will be 50% each year. Therefore, the value of the token will decrease annually. Yes you are right.
No limited and inflation will be 50% each year.
However the inflation will be effect the token only on our platform wallet.
This is not ETH address. The DApps of our platform.
So if people hold the tokens on exchanges, no inflation.
Also tokens which ALIS team holding is not inflate.
We estimated actuall inflation is 10 maybe 20% per year.

how about bounty campaign. are you not putting that into consideration. the site load really fast, website navigation is seamless and i like the translation plugin that you added. I will love if you can create telegram page for this ICO. also it will be great if you can consider some accepted token like Waves and Dash. not just only ETH. There is no bounty campaign. The twitter account is run by the development team, who are all Japanese, and not surprisingly mostly communicate in Japanese. They have reproduced most-if-not-all of their Medium posts in English, however, as well as having the Whitepaper in English.
The ALIS team is currently in talks with the NEO team about potentially doing an ICO on NEO at a later date. However, currently they are focused on their ETH ICO that starts on 9/1. Once that is completed, a secondary ICO on NEO may occur.
Hope that helps clear some stuff up!
You will open ICO 2 times for same project that is insane so what future will of the current one fundraising campaign. You have to come with solid mind to decide first what you want to do with this business I think this kind of decision will create confusion for people.
