I think you have to steer the conversation away from "who to blame".

1. The only solution is to acknowledge the problem and come up w solution w everyone involved.

2. If you are super rich or corporations, are you willing to pay more taxes?

3. If you are middle class are you willing to spend more on supporting SMEs

4. If you are an SME,  will you hire more local labor?

5. If you are poor, are you willing to work harder? Take some night classes, increase your skillset to gain employment?

6. If you are gov't,  are you willing to reform taxes? Stimulate SMEs & increase social programs so the underclass can get more education? Focus on employment rather than GDP

The problem can only be solved if the entire society wants it solved

1. That would be even harder to achieve. Every class in a society have different goals.

2. They are already paying more taxes compared to an average guy, otherwise, the Internal Revenue would be chasing them.

3. Not all middle class are into business or SME's. Some are just contend being an employee of some giant corporations.

4. That could be work out.

5. Working harder is all they could do. How could they even take night classes to upgrade their skill when they are already having hard time to make ends meet.

6. No comment on that. Politicians are trying to balance their their positions on tax reforms, otherwise, they wont get any contributions to fund their campaign. Smiley

Apply this to past problems.  Slavery, labor rights, civil rights and whatever else

Sounds impossible to solve at the time but society did progress. It can either through democratic process or bloody process.  Personally, I prefer the non violent way

The problem w inequality issues is not everyone even recognize its an issue.

The problem w individuals only thinking about themselves and not caring about society as a whole.  Shit doesnt get done.  Trying to blame someone.  Yeah it feels good but its the wrong mindset

Blaming someones misfortune to others is inherent quality as a human. But it does not necessarily mean that the one who is finger-pointing is not taking himself into account. It could be that he has already done all what he could do to address such issues but unfortunately, "OTHERS" are into the equation that ain't doing their part, hence the blaming game starts.

The biggest issues are the fact that it's inflationary and debt-based.  It's also controlled by those with political connections and used as a political tool.

I certainly agree with you on that. From the time of campaign up to the time when they are already elected, money is what makes some politicians go round.

They do have the green EV SSL cert. They are another open type exchange. So now there are two in the country. But they only accept deposits and withdrawals at Security Bank.
unfortunately, this could hinder their growth. Bakit nila lilimitahan sa iisang bangko ang paraan ng pagbabayad at pagwithdraw kung gusto nila lumaki bilang isang exchange site?

Progress will only occur when people choose to opt out of the current fiat, debt-based monetary system.  Anyone trying to improve society within the current monetary system is just spinning their wheels.

but that is tantamount in saying that progress can never be achieve.

Economic Inequality
by

on 09/11/2014, 02:33:01 UTC
Lets face it, there's a colossal gap between the rich and the poor, and that gap is certainly getting wider. But whose to blame in this economic inequality? Is it the government that favors capitalist who contributed large amount during their campaign periods? Is it our constitution that institutionalized the practice of contractualization and other forms of labor flexibilization, hence undermining job security? Like a joke from my previous job, "If you are not a regular employee, you are casual. And after 5 or 6 months, your employer says TY (Thank You) to you which makes you a casualTY. Can we blame capitalist that hoard as much wealth as possible leaving only a thin slice of the .pie for the average guy to share among themselves?

Tips from a successful slacker

Need to look busier? Make sure your office ppears swamped at all times. Your desk should always look like you're in the midst of some incredibly time-sensitive project. This way you can safely maximize the time you spend checking your facebook. For added protection, make sure the papers on your desk are arranged in stacks. A calculator, a few stray apples and a strategically placed pair of eyeglasses will round out the organized chaos effect. Finally, some work on your computer screen that you can immediately access away from facebook when your boss checks on you. A carefully placed sandwich remnants will do much to make you appear to eat lunch at your desk, making you seem too busy. Be sure though, to throw it in the trash when you're off, otherwise insects may catch on you.

Don't be afraid to be unique
by

Since I leave my corporate life, I got to experience starting my day with a quiet time in my house. I have a nice comfy ratan recliner I curl up in with my cup of coffee. My chair is located in my porch that faces the to east, so every morning I get to watch the beauty of the dawn.
Some mornings I am there so early that the sun hasn't risen yet. I enjoy watching the stars twinkle in the pre-dawn. Slowly the sun begins to rise, and light begins to push back the darkness. The process is fascinating. Some mornings I am treated to a spectacular sunrise scene. The colors bouncing off the nearby clouds give me a pleasing light show. I watch the colors change from pink to purple to orange to yellow.
Other mornings it's stormy outside, and all I see are storm clouds angrily racing across the sky. There's magnificence in the power of the storm as it marches through affecting everything around.
And then there are the mornings where nothing particularly spectacular is going on. The sky is clear, and as the sun rises, it quietly bursts forth onto the scene lighting the earth.
I sat there in my quiet chair enjoying the view recently and realized how blessed I am to look at the same direction and see so many different skies. Each sky, so very different, has its own intrinsic beauty. The skies don't try to look like each other. They don't try to be anything they are not. They are different, and they are beautiful.
Each one of us is different. Each of us has our own personality, talents, gifts, and ideals. When we take what is uniquely us and use it to build our businesses, we end up with products or services that are noticeable, distinguished, and distinct. And there is tremendous beauty in that.
Don't try to be like everyone else you see. Take time to find out what your passion is and pursue it. Find that element in you that makes you stand out from the crowd and develop it. Do not be afraid to be unique. As you nurture your individuality, your business will be noticed because no one can do it just like you.

To defiatize the unit value of bitcoin at this time or even on the next five to ten years is next to impossible. we always need something to measure its value. In saying that the valuation of one currency is not correlated into another currency is like saying that import and export is not existing.

Dont put all your money in one basket. To minimized the risk, spread your portfolio. Invest also on other type of investment. I know that you have too much confidence on bitcoin, but its not wise to invest all your life changing savings into it.

Correct me if Im wrong but it seems you are thinking of depositing 10 btc on an exchange site, hence you are asking your chance of withdrawing after a couple of years. I would suggest not to do such. Keep only a minimal amount on exchange site you use for trading. They are good only for what they are called, i.e. an exchange site. For safe keeping, better use an offline or paper wallet.
