Re: Is Bitcoin just for the rich?
by

Someone said that Bitcoin is for the rich, but that's not completely true. It might feel like Bitcoin is for the rich due to the media focuses on celebrities and billionaires buying and benefiting from Bitcoin. This creates a perception that Bitcoin is a rich person's asset. Even during network congestion, fees can spike making small transactions very expensive. But let's not forget that Bitcoin is neutral, it can empower the rich or help lift the poor, it actually depends on how communities adopt it. So understand that Bitcoin is for everyone, you can buy tiny fractions, not until you afford a whole Bitcoin.
Bitcoin is unbiased. Media hype creates misperception, but the technology exists for anyone to use. The variable is information and knowing how to use it — just as the wealthy have access, so do the rest of us. It's one system that equally provides access for all.

News about making film for Satoshi and FTX
https://www.theblock.co/post/368858/pete-davidson-casey-affleck-to-star-in-killing-satoshi-conspiracy-thriller-film-slated-for-2026-release-variety

The new movie film "Killing Satoshi" is surely a step in the correct direction. With this movie, even crowds will develop new interest in the enigmatic history of Bitcoin and its philosophy. And with A-listers on board for this movie project, it is sure to attract more attention and controversy.

What was a topic only for geeks in the past is now slowly becoming part of mainstream global discourse.

But whether or not that kind of film will directly influence the market is difficult to claim. Yet, it will certainly increase individuals' awareness and state of interest regarding Bitcoin and the world of cryptocurrencies.

Re: How can i mine BTC?

I remember when i first heard about BTC then it wasn't really worth much but the funny thing then is that we were busy using 2GO instead of diving deep into blockchain, by now i would have become wealthy not to talk of being rich. But all the same, we are still alive and no one knows tomorrow. I also remember then, they spoke about mining of BTC, are people still mining it and what are the requirements to do that, at least to recover my past ignorance?
Yes, Bitcoin (BTC) is mined, but it ain't easy anymore. Mining nowadays is highly competitive and involves specialized ASIC hardware such as Antminer S19 Pro, low-cost electricity, and efficient cooling since the hardware never sleeps. Most miners mine in pools to be able to share rewards because solo mining is essentially impossible. You also need a safe Bitcoin wallet where you can store your coins.

Frankly, solo mining is not typically worth it unless you have a couple of rigs and electricity that is extremely cheap. For this reason, most people now prefer just buying BTC and investing outright.

Re: To delete one thing, what do you think?

The world is so beautiful but alot are happening making this beautiful world unbearable.
The society is not without some many illness which to a great extent are unnecessary but necessarily taking a great deal in daily running of (in relationships one to another and so on).

What do you think?
If you are to delete one thing from earth what would that be?
The world is indeed stunning. Nature, mankind, relationships—combined all of them might have created it paradise-like. Alas, society suffers from a whole array of sicknesses—greed, brutality, cruelty, injustice, and falsehood. These are never a requirement, yet they deprive us of peace and happiness on a regular basis—and will keep doing so in the times to come.

The greatest issue among them is hatred. Because from hatred there would be war, segregation, violence, and the urge to harm people. If there were no hatred, love, harmony, and humankind would automatically thrive in our lives.

The world would not only still be beautiful, but actually a peaceful place to reside.

Re: MONEY!!!

The value of money can not be overe emphasized, as it is an essential for living a satisfying life,

But is it all that important??

Being rich makes most things easily accessible to you, being poor means the opposite, unfair as it may seem, this is the reality of life, this doesn't mean being somewhere in between is a crime.
The pursuit of wealth can be very demanding on a person as getting money is a hard as it can get, but is it enough to just pursue wealth? Is having just enough not a good thing?
Your opinions mean a lot
Money is surely important, money makes people happy, secure, and hopeful. But the non-stop pursuit of money doesn't automatically translate to happiness. Most of the time, when we chase limitless wealth, we tend to neglect the small things in life.
It is more desirable to be "enough" with money. This "enough" is not wealth; it's being sufficiently equipped to live comfortably, learn, and have fun without endless worry about money. Genuine happiness usually comes from a tranquil mind, which money cannot purchase. Money is a means to exist, not the end.

I have been seeing this in many places recently, including the news.

Not only that but also I saw some ads that writes 'let AI trade for you'. Have you been seen something like this? If you are a trader, you might noticed it also.

Just be careful, AI bots can be helpful but they are not excellent and they can result to huge loss if care is not taken.
Yes, I myself have noticed those advertisements. Trading can be assisted by AI, but not always. Use it with caution always and never follow it blindly, as the losses are quite heavy.

Re: What does working for yourself really mean?
by

on 27/08/2025, 06:20:04 UTC
If business owners, taxi owners, hotel owners and others who claim to be working for themselves need to depend on customers and customer satisfaction for profit, that is to be able to get money from them, are they really working for themselves?

Maybe the people who are actually working for themselves are those who do not need people or to satisfy any customer to make profit, example like the traders who do not need to lure customers to their shop like business owners or hotel owners, or taxi owner that need to follow instructions from their clients etc.

What could be the real definition of working for yourself?
💕 Working for yourself 💕

It is not necessarily about being your own boss.
It is about having your control and income in your own hands.
Without depending on customer happiness.

Examples: Traders, digital product creators, software developers.

In short: If your control and income are in your own hands, also you find peace of mind in your work so you are working for yourself.

Re: Bitcoin mining using an Android phone

I'm still have a little knowledge about Bitcoin. But I’ve been curious about Bitcoin mining, is it really possible to mine Bitcoin using an Android phone?
I have seen a several apps claiming to do this, but I am not sure how legit or profitable they are. I really appreciate any honest insights or advice from you guys. Thanks in advance.

In principle, one can mine Bitcoin with an Android smartphone, but highly limited and not profitable. Bitcoin mining demands an incredibly high hash rate (calculation speed) that a common mobile phone cannot offer. Most apps employ "cloud mining" or provide very small amounts of Bitcoin (satoshis), which is not worthwhile to pay for.

Re: what if crypto currency investment is a must for future survival
by
AZVON RKFT

What do we think of a time that may come when the fate of human survival will depend only on using cryptocurrency for buying and selling, because mankind may soon find Fiat currency is obsolete or of no value in their current environment perhaps due to world earth crisis or pandemic or war .

Your opinion is valid!

I believe that cryptocurrency will be a significant aspect of human life in the future, but as a sole means of survival, it is still an unrealistic concept. Honestly speaking, war, global catastrophes, or pandemics can devalue fiat currency, but whether they will render it useless is uncertain.
Crypto can indeed be a boundary-less means of exchange, a system that is decentralized, and a safe store of value. And then when old money becomes worthless one day in the future, humans will of course seek elsewhere, and going to crypto would be no further out of place. Whether it will be wholly compulsory, however, lies in the hands of governments and the global financial system.
My take is that crypto and fiat will coexist but, in extreme cases, crypto would certainly be a particularly significant aspect of individuals' survival.

Money is not the only valuable thing, however. Having enough to lead a good life is a blessing in itself. True wealth is good health, peace of mind, and stable relationships. Moderation is greater than endless material seeking of money.
