Re: What does the future of bitcoin look like??

So Bitcoin's market dominance in the cryptocurrency world is currently at the lowest level ever with 36.1% of the total value.

In my opinion, it's because the interest in alternative coins is rising rapidly for one, but you also have to consider how much of the bitcoin world is criminal. Seriously, for the first 5-8 years, the digital currency was mainly used as a means for criminals to launder money and sell illegal goods on the dark market. Think of all the massive hacks in the early days also, and all those darknet markets that disappeared with huge amounts of bitcoin.

Literally millions and millions of the 16 million coins out there would be owned by criminals. And now with bitcoin becoming more centralized and less anonymous, they are swiftly exiting the market and looking for alternative dark coins.

I also personally avoid using bitcoin all-together because of the extremely slow transaction speeds and high cost's associated with it.

The bitcoin mining business is dust, so that interest will die quickly.

I just don't see a very bright future for the god of cryptocurrency and it will surely be surpassed by one of its rivals soon enough.

I'm torn between predicting it to be Dash, or Ethereum, and I recon it could be about 2 years before that happens.

Would love to know peoples thoughts on the future of bitcoin.

Where will bitcoin be in

2 weeks?
2 months?
2 years?

Will it be surpassed by another coin? If so, which one and when?

Meanwhile, Jack Dorsey explains that bitcoin will be used as the currency in the future. "The world in the end.

Lets give our own opinions in this thread and let's see what are the visions of any users here on forum on what are the things than can affect bitcoin community and value to improve more Wink

So i'm the maker of this thread i'm the first who gives opinion here.
My opinions are:
- Spreading good informations about bitcoin can make it improve.
- If big business will accepts bitcoin or enter bitcoin industry can improve our community because the more investors the more blessings to come Smiley
- Helping newbie investors to prevent scams can help our community because if they see bitcoin in their first invest are scam they would lose their trust in this kind of investment so as soon as possible help newbies to start in bitcoin journey.

These are my opinions on how to improve Bitcoin community so what's yours? Wink

In the app, you can 'dig' bitcoin in a way ... the money is purely controlled by the Bitcoin user community and the market.

Re: The reason why Bitcoins is the safest system
by

on 29/05/2018, 15:19:13 UTC
Hey everyone I have heard newbies and other people asking about how safe is the Bitcoins and it's transactions well I think it will be beneficial to have a little discussion on this .

First of all if you own a bank account in a good bank then you should know that its very hard to hack one's bank account, it's almost impossible unless done due to personal flaws, like sharing your key or bank account details or something , you know the system behind Bitcoins and the system behind banking system is same .
Something by the name of cryptography whose Advance form is block chain . It's a complex code involving complex mathematics and the transactions are only completed through very complex and complicated steps impossible to penetrate.
For Bitcoins the same thing operates but with no intervening part or whatsoever , it's p2p direct transactions and this is even more secure and private.

The reason why you hear news like :- someone got their Bitcoins stolen or something is because they have personal flaws , they shared the private keys or the password with someone else..or they used a bad wallet.

It's on you how safe you make it .

Bitcoin is a consensus network that enables new payment systems ... Low risk for sellers - Bitcoin transactions are very secure, can not .... Bitcoin is money, and money is always used for legitimate and illegal purposes.

In future will the banks be able to exchange bitcoins?
Now we are exchanging from traders...but when (if) the popularity of bitcoin increase a lot then the traders will not be able to exchange such amount of bitcoins...so what about the future of bitcoin?

How is the future of Bitcoin?
With the bitcoin age that is still relatively new but already so many people around the world adopted it because of the various benefits that can be obtained by using bitcoin and his friends, according to my personal existence of cryptocurrency will still be long with the possibility of developing.

Re: Who is Satoshi Nakamoto?
by
Aandosq1
on 25/05/2018, 10:13:17 UTC
If that's even his name. Just read the bitcoin wiki on him and I'm amazed. Nobody knows him.

Long time passed since he last posted in here. Why? "Busy"? I don't think so. He was active when bitcoin needed support but since the slashdot...
Also, it seems has knowledge in many areas, especially economy. He doesn't act like the average human. Not taking advantage out of his creation, leaving without telling anything. Is he even a single person or a group?

How can someone create something so great and not stepping out to get the credit?

Bitcoin was created by Satoshi Nakamoto. This name is the alias name and not the real name.
In November 2008, Satoshi disseminates his research and proposals entitled "Bitcoin, a peer-to-peer electronic financial system." The Bitcoin network was finally created in January 2009, and the first Bitcoin currency began to circulate.
The first Bitcoin block (also known as the Genesis block), is mined by Satoshi Nakamoto in return for 50 Bitcoin (BTC).
Despite much speculation about Satoshi Nakamoto, his true identity is still unknown until now

Re: Does bitcoin has any intrinsic value?
by
Aandosq1
on 24/05/2018, 17:27:34 UTC
Here is why Bitcoin has so much value when compared to other cryptos:

For one, it is the first cryptocurrency with the best team of developers. Being the oldest coin out there, it has managed to withstand all sorts of problems and attacks.
Compared to some other cryptocurrencies, Bitcoin has a much smaller attack surface. It has proven to be a very secure form of payment if used correctly.
So far has passed the test of time. On all major exchanges, the trading pairs go mostly via bitcoin. It is the central entity of the entire crypto eco-system.

As for intrinsic value, I think the question could equally apply to any other form of money: Does paper money have any intrinsic value? Not really. Even gold and silver
have no intrinsic value. The value is derived from people's willingness to accept and use these forms of payment as a means of exchange.

Initial Value of Bitcoin -. Gold has intrinsic value because it can be used as jewelry.

Re: What is the reason why we really need Bitcoin?
by
Aandosq1
on 24/05/2018, 08:54:15 UTC
Why do we really need Bitcoin?
I am a secretive and confidential escapee. I hate keeping money in safes with passwords or depositing money in banks that fear bank bankruptcy. I need bitcoin, will no one have control over my bitcoin account, unlike other electronic money systems, you may be locked account, frozen property. With bitcoin you own the private key, with a separate bitcoin address. No one manages and controls accounts outside of you.
And you?

10 Reasons Why Bitcoin We Need 1. Quick When you pay checks from other banks to your bank, banks usually hold the money for a few days, because they may not believe that the funds are actually available. Similarly international transfers can take a relatively longer time. But, the process of Bitcoin transactions is generally much faster. 2.Murah 3. The government can not take it 4.Tak Back 5.Information that can not be stolen 6. No Inflation 7. Personal Security 8. No Need to Believe Others 9.Fully Yours 10.You Can 'Print' Your Own Money With Bitcoin, you can make your own money.

Re: is Bitcoin used to extort people?
by
Aandosq1
on 24/05/2018, 00:35:06 UTC
Because of the semi-anonymous nature of Bitcoin, it’s used in ransomware attacks. Hackers breach networks and hold them hostage until payment is made to them. Hospitals and schools have been victims of these types of attacks. However, unlike cash, which was favored by thieves in the past, Bitcoin always leaves a trail in the blockchain that investigators can follow.

is Bitcoin used to blackmail people? No

now bitcoin gives me the greatest advantage I expect, and huge profits can be made for future savings, because what is promised is all there is, as the greatest guidance I now get from bitcoin, bitcoin is undoubtedly, when compared with others, but according to what I think is not the only Indonesian who believes bitcoin, many outsiders believe that bitcoin promises great benefits, even by hearing bitcoin japan being used as a medium of exchange.

Re: why bitcoin is volatility?
by
Aandosq1
on 23/05/2018, 20:56:47 UTC
Why bitcoin is votality compare to fiat money. Many say bitcoin is not a good investment because it is votality.

What is votality?
liability to change rapidly and unpredictably, especially for the worse. this is the fast price change.

Why is the votality of bitcoin high?
Bitcoin is a low supply at the time of its growing number of users and it has become a demand for the masses. Many want to buy, Many want to sell in easy-word multiple transactions. When many bitcoin transactions are fast market movements and we do not know what might happen because of the emotion of the seller and the buyer may have the price increase or decrease. So the bitcoin is votality because of the small supply and in-demand.

Why is fiat money not too volatility?
Because the government is able to regulate a traditional money, they can make new money and just increase its supply so that it does not have a votality compare to bitcoin.

Note: This is my only opinion, if you have any opinion you can also share it.

This is Why Why Bitcoin Value and Prices Are Unstable:

1.Sangat Influenced By Various News

2.Perceive Palue from Bitcoin Fluctuate

3.Then Many Factors in the Perception of Asset Value and Value of Bitcoin

4.The Value of Small Option for Currency Investors Kakap

5. Application of Taxes Affecting Price Volatility

In the G20,approval of the Bitcoin is 15 countries, more than the half,
in this view,we still have the faith in Bitcoin,
at the moment, maybe someone said the death of Bitcoin is in the China, because the China is the only one who makes Bitcoin illegal,
So,the death of the bitcoin will come ture ?
what is your predict about the future of the bitcoin?

When you get there, Bitcoin's future is even more predictable than paper money. You know for sure that Bitcoins emissions are limited, which gives you a guarantee that you will not suffer from inflation. In addition, political instability or economic problems have no impact on bitcoin levels.

Re: What do you think about bitcoins primary value?
by

on 22/05/2018, 21:37:52 UTC
Hi, I am still learning about block chain and bitcoin. Some of peoples are saying that bitcoins primary value comes from it's "censorship resistance" and some of them are argued it's primary value proposition comes from as a fact that bitcoin is peer-to-peer electronic cash system.I am some what in a confusion and I want to know what you guys are thinking? Smiley

Bitcoin is the first decentralized peer-to-peer payment network that is fully controlled by its users without central or intermediary authority. If likened, Bitcoin like cash on the internet. Bitcoin is the digital currency within the P2P open source (peer-to-peer) payment network system. P2P is one computer network model consisting of two or several computers, where each station or computer contained within the network environment can be shared.

As it seems that more and more when do I get rich, when do I sell and o shit we are going to crash topics pops out....maybe its not so a bad ideee to read something else.

In the first time since ever, you got the chance to have financial freedom and the power to break the invisible chain of slavery that you carry.

No war:
As your shitty gov cant put you, your soon and your unborn grandson in debt and pay the guns. You even don’t need to go demonstrating that your again the war, you just simply say: I dont give my bitcoin for your war!

Play even:
Gov A cant sanction Gov B just because Gov B people believes in another imaginary friend high in the sky. You cant block a bitcoin transaction.

No shady big corporates:
You just dont lend them your bitcoin as banks do with your funds.

I am sure you can think about 100000000001 more other good think that can be done.

Bitcoin was not made to make you rich, its was created to make you free

They say: If dying for your freedom is not worth it, what does it?
Well I say: If spending 10% of your income dont worth your financial freedom, what does it?

Let say you got 1000USD a month, convert just 100USD every month in bitcoin and spend it where ever you can. Just buy things using your bitcoin. Spend it, not sell it for fiat. Dont nag about high fees, (its not high anymore and just use segwit address, use android samurai wallet). Bitcoin gives the same advantage to some pour guy in a 3rd world as it give to wall street boys. You dont need to help unicef use bitcoin and you are directly helping the whole world at once, including your self. Use it, spend it, dont hodl or sell. Use it for what it is supposed to.

Bitcoin isnt a store of value or get rich thing.

Bitcoin is freedom
Bitcon is no more war
Bitcoin is no more debt
Bitcoin is you in power!

We are entering an era of multiple digital currencies, and many of them will survive. Bitcoin is certain to be one of them, but it can't be number one for every factor. Where do you think Bitcoin will stay as number 1

  • Store of value
  • Services in addition to simple money transfer
  • Convenience
  • Security
  • Investment/speculation
  • Safe transfer speed
  • Privacy
  • Freedom from globalist control
  • Other

Basically Bitcoin is a digital journal that records who owns what Bitcoin. Banks in general also have a lot of money. What distinguishes Bitcoin is a digital journal that is not stored in a building or a particular party.

I heard that BTC is going down and will soon gonna be dead. Is it still a good idea to invest in BTC?

From day to day, online stores and payment systems continue to grow rapidly. It's not surprising that in the end many predict when the Bitcoin glory era, the digital currency, will return.
